If you have yet to experience Venice Beach living on a walk street, we highly recommend you try! This 2 bedroom 1 bath home was recently renovated to include new amenities, furniture, lighting, linens, a new TV, fine art, outdoor seating and a fire pit.

The Space:
Recently remodeled and redesigned by a local interior design firm that specializes in hospitality design, this home invites our guests to embrace a luxurious approach to the indoor-outdoor lifestyle that Venice Beach is known for.

Located on a walking-only street, as you walk up you are welcomed into the space by the lush landscaping indicating you have arrived at your oasis of serenity in the heart of Venice.

This fully realized home is stocked with brand name amenities and furnishings, ensuring you will have all essentials you need for your stay while also including small design touches that elevate the home into a unique vacation experience unlike most vacation rentals.

The redesigned kitchen is fully stocked for any cooking enthusiast, and with a dining room capable of seating 6, it's the perfect place to enjoy a home cooked meal with your family and friends. There’s also a smaller breakfast nook that seats 4, for a more intimate and casual dining experience or workspace.

The house provides a sensory experience in textures and colors, from the tiled floors, unique wavy carpets, a soft leather couch, outdoor seating, and soft throw blankets strewn throughout the house, all providing limitless cozy and comfortable spots to relax or work. Natural lighting will ensure you are getting the best of LA’s weather, while intriguing soft lighting fixtures from bring the home to life at night.

In the private yard, you’ll find outdoor couch seating for 6 by the brand new fire pit, inviting guests to enjoy a morning coffee in the sun or a cocktail hour with friends beneath the moonlit sky.

Marco Place was designed with indoor-outdoor living in mind. Every room feels airy and bright, allowing guests to move freely between spaces while still feeling connected to activities going on elsewhere in the home.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home. There will be no one else on the property, other than the weekly gardener, unless otherwise discussed with you in advance. The onsite garage is off-limits for guests and is for homeowner use and access only.

All 30+ day stays require mid stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full clean of the house and change of linens. We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage and we always strive to hire the best, most reliable and honest cleaners in the business. This team is the backbone of our company, and they work tirelessly to ensure every stay is a clean one!

The Neighborhood:
When visiting Venice Beach, you are entering the most walkable and bike friendly city in all of Los Angeles. We recommend exploring the great restaurant scene on Abbot Kinney, Rose Ave and Main/Pacific, as well as on the boardwalk. There has been a revival of the restaurant scene, and the shopping has always been top notch, especially on Abbot Kinney.

Be sure to walk Abbot Kinney, especially on the weekends, if you want to see a great example of the vibrancy of this community. If you’re up for a bike ride, take the path North all the way to the start of Malibu, or there is a secret path through Marina Del Rey that can take you all the way down on a bike path to Redondo.

We recommend walking the walk streets, and seeing all of the unique architecture throughout the entire community. The canals are also worth checking out to view the unique history of Venice Beach.

Getting Around:
Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you’re an explorer, we recommend a car.

If you’re the type that wants to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

Other Things to Note:
Open Air Homes is setting a new standard for the short term rental industry. During your stay, we rely on a centralized texting service so that you can reach us anytime simply with a text. Our property management team cares for each home, and our goal is to have each home properly maintained before you step foot in the home. We make your check in and check out process a breeze, and simply ask you to turn off the lights/AC and lock up on departure. Our team is well versed in the local community, and we offer each guest a personalized set of recommendations before your stay, with the goal of making your stay a truly unforgettable experience.

- By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement.

- You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.

- Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in additional charge up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.

**Please note, that there is ongoing construction a few doors down from the home and construction noise does occasionally occur during construction hours. The nightly rates currently reflected consider this as a factor and are discounted accordingly.

Instant Book is turned off for all of our homes at Open Air Homes. This is a conscious decision in order to be a positive change for the short term rental industry, We encourage guests to send us a respectful note and provide us a little bit of background about your group before booking, and then we will take this to the owner for approval. We believe that mutual respect is key to ensuring that this industry can thrive. Open Air Homes strives to complete bookings in less than 4 business hours, so feel free to enquire and we will be in touch right away.

Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!

At Open Air Homes, we strive to give you such a great experience, that you will consider us for Property Management if and when you buy. Our goal is to provide unforgettable, relaxing vacations to our guests, and we aim to take care of all of the needs of this property before you step foot in the home.

There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.

PET FEES: For stays under 30 days, there is a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. For 30+ stays, there is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet. Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check out.

The Open Air Homes team is dedicated to making sure you have a great experience staying with us! We use a centralized texting service and have an international team so that we can provide you with 24/7 communication. You can rest assured that someone from the Open Air team will be there should you need us at any hour of the night.

*For cancellations, we charge a 4.5% fee if you decide to cancel your stay even if the policy states a full refund.

A great stay in a cool and unusual location
The house, though very original, was very clean and well provisioned. The location is super cool. The Venice walk streets are unlike anywhere else with zero street traffic out front (due to the lack of a street!). The check in was easy and communication was outstanding. Enjoy your time there!

Perfect home, great location, very well kept!
The home was so cozy and very well decorated! Everything was in great shape including bbq/ fire pit and bikes and looked just like the pictures! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies/ plates and cups. The beds were super comfortable! The location is in one of cutest areas in Venice the walking streets that is so quaint And cozy and walking distance to all the best areas ! We really enjoyed our stayed! Can’t wait to come back and stay again!
