Dolphin Watch is located in prestigious Truman Annex and is one of the few private waterfront homes. We are less than two blocks from Duval Street and beautiful Mallory Square sunsets. You can also see the sunset from your own private balcony! Walking distance to famous Fort Zachary State Park and Beach. The living area, master bedroom, bath, and kitchen are located on the second floor where you can enjoy the fantastic view of the harbour and sunsets. Downstairs offers 3 bedrooms/2 baths and leads outside to the large private pool.

Dolphin Watch is in an excellent location, tucked away in Truman Annex. The view was lovely, especially the sunsets. Our host was always quick to respond. We very much enjoyed our restful month at Dolphin Watch!

The location of this house was excellent. It was close to restaurants and sights of interest but fairly quiet. It is on the flight route, so may planes overhead.

Great stay

Our family throughly enjoyed our stay at the house. Location is perfect, kitchen is big and great to cook in, enough space for everyone to spread out and private pool is a bonus.

Nancy was a welcoming host. She was availavle when needed. The house and amenities were in very good condition and worked well. The pool and the new grill were great features. The huge 65" smart tv worked well with our streaming apps. Kitchen was well equipped. However, there were no kitchen towels or pot holders available after an extensive search in the kitchen. The waterfront views made for relaxing mornings. The location in Truman Annex was great offering peace and quiet with a 3 block walk to Duval Street!

Family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was amazing, the location is quiet and within walking distance from everything we wanted to do. We especially loved the pool and the kitchen/living room areas. We were able to comfortably share a lot of special time together after exploring Key West every day.

Perfect location

The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and shopping. Having the private pool and upstairs balcony was truly wonderful. It was just the relaxing getaway we needed.

An Excellent Key West Vacation

This was the perfect location for a memorable Key West vacation for my wife and I as well as our two adult children. Gorgeous water views from the house, plus it was walking distance to the beach and Duval St. Nancy was a great host, and we would highly recommend staying here.

A fabulous week @ Dolphin Watch

It is a great house in a marvelous location. The pool is nice. The house had everything we needed to make our stay easy. If we return to Key West, this house would be our first choice.

Great Family Vacation

Great location and a charming house

We had an easy check in with Nancy. The house is in the charming and quiet Truman Annex, in close walking distance to all the fun on Duvall Street. House is nicely decorated, but a little dated. Views off the back balcony were a highlight. The pool was clean and nice for a quick dip. We would rent again!
