On a floor space of 95 square meters, the house offers 2 spacious, separate bedrooms with double bed, another bedroom with a single bed and 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet.
Sheets and towels are provided.
The spacious living room has a dining area with seating for up to 6 people, a comfortable sofa area, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, stove with four-zone hob, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer, and small electrical appliances and kitchen utensils.
There is also a flat-screen TV with German and Spanish channels and free Wi-Fi.
Outside there is a furnished courtyard with a converted barbecue area and a large garden with seating and sun loungers.

Furthermore, guests have the use of the communal pool and the tennis court near the villa.
