Idyllic thatched roof house from 1860 with winter garden and foresight

The old wheelhouse from 1860 was a small, thatched roof farm typical for fishing, in which the cart wheels for carriages and wagons were also made. The ensemble of farmhouse and converted stable has been family-owned since 1977. The completely renovated farmhouse is now being let for the first time. It has a spacious 123 sqm area and 5 rooms, the pretty garden is 1300 sqm and offers two garden houses and a terrace plenty of space to play and relax. The highlight is the winter garden with a view of the fields!
Our cartwright is on the edge of the Schleidorf Rabenkirchen on a hill, the side street is very little traffic and therefore nice and quiet. Perfect to relax, be it in the garden, on the terrace or in the house. There are two bedrooms, each with a large double bed, and a large intermediate room (ideal for children) with a sofa bed for 2. The practical thing: the door to the hallway can be locked and you can reach the rest of the house through the hallway, so nobody has to go through the intermediate room. One bedroom has a spacious, private shower room. The cozy kitchen is well equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, toaster etc. From here you can access the bright and friendly living / dining room. All furniture is of high quality and made of solid wood in a Scandinavian style. From the living room you have the much-vaunted view of the garden and the adjacent fields. From here you can also go directly to the sheltered terrace. Finally, the winter garden is a place to dream and switch off ... with the cozy warmth of the underfloor heating, you have the feeling of sitting in the middle of the old farm garden even on stormy days. Right next to the winter garden is the second, modern shower room, which also has underfloor heating.
