My husband and I have owned this property since 2005 originally a much smaller cottage that we lived in and rented on VRBO in the early 2000s. We eventually took that house down and finish this one in 2021. Lots of effort and love have been put into this home. We hope you enjoy it.

Clarksville is a vibrant and quiet neighborhood all at the same time. It’s a little jewel tucked inside downtown Austin. A walkable neighborhood with shops, restaurants, a public park, splash pad, and basketball courts. Just around the corner.

What makes this property unique

To experience Austin, you will not find a better location. Located on a tiny, quiet street between 6th and 9th St. With wonderful restaurants and coffee only one block away. And the house is absolutely gorgeous, a true private oasis.
