About this property

Beautiful and modern vacation home of unusual design, enclosed by walls. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi are heated and surrounded by many plants that give it an exotic touch. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living area and a storage room under the stairs. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with double beds in a floating look, where from one bedroom there is a partial sea view. Parking in the designated parking space requires skill. Beach, restaurant, cafe-bar and tennis court are about 100 meters away. Behind the house there is another footpath. Visit the city of Zadar, which is full of cultural beauties and has one of the most beautiful sunsets. You can also listen to the famous sea organs there.

The house does be a lovely one.

The house does be a lovely one. We arrived and told the owners well be there at said time so keys were handed to us and the house was explained.There are some lovely spots around you can reach by foot and some good restaurants like Niko's or the tavern.I would come back for sure even tho you have to manage the hot water a little.

Superb house and fantastic location

Fabulous house - so well designed with lovely garden and pool and excellent facilities. Good off road parking but a tight space with a metal bar obtruding from the air con unit at the back which smashed our car back window as difficult to see and didn’t get picked up on parking sensors. (Would be worth it being made much easier to see or cut back). Other than that, we would highly recommend this property. Quiet location very close to coast and a very short walk to a regular bus to old town Zadar. Thank you 😊

Im Großen und Ganzen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unseren Kurzurlaub im Herbst sehr genießen! Beginnend mit einem gut gefüllten Kühlschrank (Wurst, Eier, Getränke, Butter, Joghurt, süßer Brotaufstrich), frischem Brot, einem Obstteller und Kaffee in verschiedenen Varianten hat uns die sehr nette Hausverwalterin Ana um 21 Uhr freundlich begrüßt. Das Haus hat alles, was man benötigt: Kaffeemaschine und Kapselautomat, einen Geschirrspüler, eine Waschmaschine, einen Sandwichestoaster, 3 Fernseher und viele kleine Annehmlichkeiten mehr. Der Pool mit integriertem Whirlpool ist perfekt beheizt und bietet gerade im Herbst eine tolle Möglichkeit, abends etwas länger draußen zu verweilen. Das absolute Highlight ist aber die Laage! In nur 5 Minuten ist man „in“ der Adria! Neben einer kleinen Marina gibt es zahlreiche Bademöglichkeiten mit Duschen. Wir waren im Oktober dort und die Wassertemperatur lag noch ca. bei 22 Grad! Das einzige was ein wenig gestört hat, ist der Baulärm der umliegenden Baustellen. Anders als in Deutschland, wird Kroatien nach wie vor GEBAUT! 👆 Trotzdem können wir dieses Ferienhaus absolut empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in diesem modernen Ferienhaus.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in diesem modernen Ferienhaus. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld bezüglich Anreise und Check-In war sehr gut und die kühlen Willkommensgetränke im Kühlschrank eine sehr nette Geste.Die Nähe zum Wasser/Badestelle (ca. 250 m) war ideal. Das kleine Lebensmittelgeschäft quasi um die Ecke eher mal für den Getränkeeinkauf, aber der Bäcker war durchaus fußläufig erreichbar (ca. 900), hatte alles was das Herz begehrte und für den morgendlichen Spaziergang am Wasser perfekt gelegen.Die beiden nahe gelegenen Restaurants kann man durchaus empfehlen.Noch ein Hinweis für diejenigen, die mit zwei Autos anreisen wollen. Zusätzlich zu dem Parkplatz am FH, kann man etwas oberhalb vom FH parken.Ein kleines Manko möchte ich aber anmerken. Ein Sonnenschirm im Sitz- und Liegebereich ist für das sonnige Wetter doch etwas wenig.
