Die Wohnung war sehr niedlich und gemütlich. Sehr ärgerlich war, dass in der Anzeige genannt war, dass für das Jahr 2026 mit Baulärm zu rechnen sei. Auf meine Rückfrage bei fewo-direkt, um was für eine Baustelle es ginge, wurde mir versichert, dass die Bauarbeiten abgeschlossen seien. Dem ist nicht so und die Hausverwaltung versicherte mir erneut, dass die Bauarbeiten das gesamte Jahr andauern werden. Von Fewo-direkt habe ich bisher keine Reaktion auf meine Beschwerde erhalten.
