Lipstick on a pig

While it topically "looked" like the listing, it was in bad shape. Overwhelming mildew smell upon entering, stains on blinds & book shelf, stains on couch, missing vertical blind slats, marks on walls/baseboards, mildew on shower caddy suction cups, peeling paint, visible TERMITE DAMAGE on baseboards, BLACK MOLD on bedroom window sill, mildew on hammock cushion, ripped lounge chairs, ketchup stains on table/chair cushion. We originally booked 2 nights. We arrived later in evening to this mess & didn't have other housing options due to the late time. Needless to say we vacated in the early morning. After back & forth sending pics/videos to both VRBO & the property host (who didn't live nearby & had not seen the property in quite some time) we were refunded both nights. I implored the host to visit the property & improved the situation before renting again. I hope they do it!

Easy location

Right next to airport so easy to access and ease drive to Lido beach. Shared space with fire and splash pad was awesome! Owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond! Place was small but had everything we needed for a quick weekend getaway!

Weekend getaway

Great communication with the owner, great spot and close to airport and only a 10 min drive to downtown! Would definitely stay here again

Relaxing playful space! Great for single or couple.

Overall this was exactly what we were looking for and we had the courtyard to ourselves as the other unit was vacant. Very quiet neighborhood easy to find and check in. The courtyard could use a little TLC but was very inviting and interesting. The firepit was very enjoyable. Mike was very responsive and took care of our issue with the grill. I would suggest maybe different dishes that dont heat up in the microwave, and a kitchen hand towel for drying dishes. I left potholders and wine glasses in the cabinet for others. Very minor concerns. Highly suggest this property. Thanks Mike for being a great host!
