The brand new villa is located between Split and Dubrovnik. The perfect place to spend a relaxing vacation. An oasis of calm!
One of the three modern apartments on the beach promenade was awarded 4 stars. The beach is only 30 m from the house. All apartments have terraces with sea views, WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine and garages for 3 cars.
The apartment is on the 2nd First floor and consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 living room with sofa bed kitchen, terrace with sea view, a total of 2 beds - max. 4 beds.

The whole apartment is modern and has everything you need for your vacation to feel comfortable.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der freundliche Empfang, mit einer Flasche Wein und Kirschen aus dem Garten war sehr aufmerksam.

Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen. Schöne Wohnung läge zu Steinstrand 200 Meter alles ok

Liegen zu wenig. Fahrräder nur eins und defekt Wie Liege defekt. War schwer mit der Bein OP am Strand

Die Fahrräder sind Privateigentum und stehen unseren Gästen eigentlich nicht zur Verfügung. Wir haben die Liegen leider kaputt aufgefunden, was gegen die Mietbedingungen spricht da jeder Defekt sofort zu melden ist und nicht erst nach Abreise. Obwohl Sie vielleicht nicht ganz zufrieden waren, wissen wir alle Bewertungen unserer Gäste zu schätzen und bemühen uns stets, den Aufenthalt und das Zurechtkommen im Inserat zu erleichtern. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen

Wir waren Ende September zum ersten Mal in Kroatien und es war traumhaft. Die Gastgeber haben sich sehr Mühe gegeben uns mit dem Land und Ort bekannt zu machen. Alles, was wir benötigten, befand sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, unser Auto hatten wir überhaupt nicht gebraucht. Am wichtigsten war uns die Ruhe, die wir auch letztendlich hatten. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.
