Could not get in could not communicate with host

The Vrbo rep tried too. This was insane. With the Berkshire annual convention nothing was available. We lost a lot of money finding another location. You need to make sure your hosts are vetted.

Never even got to stay there.

Same issues as others in the review. Drove 3 hours to get there just to have no check in instructions. Neither myself nor Vrbo could get in touch with the host so after about an hour and a half, I ended up turning around and going home. How this property is still listed is beyond me.

Unfortunately we arrived only to be told the owner had removed the property from the listing months ago but had forgotten to contact us On the biggest week in Nebraska

Canceled the stay 4 ours after check in

We booked this place for a weekend stay in Omaha, after we arrived in town we never received instructions for check in. We messaged and called the host to no avail. 4 hours after our check in time with VRBO reps also reaching out to the host we canceled our booking and got a refund. Thank god we had someone in town who offered me my wife and child a bed for the two nights. Don’t book this place if you don’t want to end up sleeping in your car

One of the worst experiences! We booked this location in February for a weekend stay, June 13-14th! Knowing that Omaha would be booked out for the College World Series!! We never could get the host to respond to us or VRBO!! The communication attempts continued until the very last minute! Ultimately we had to cancel!! This host should never be allowed to conduct services any longer!! There were no other places to stay for my family traveling out of state, as booking reservations were full! We ate the fee for the World Series game we bought tickets for! Horrible experience all because of this host ghosting us!!
