525 N. Miller Road

This was by far the best condo we ever stayed in. I have never stayed anywhere where everything you needed was already there and provided by the owner. It was a wonderful surprise. We had a little glitch when we got there because the battery in the door lock was low but Peter was right on the scene and fixed it immediately. All in all, we had a wonderful time and can't wait to return.

Lacking in the small details

Absolutely loved the accommodations and the location. Everything was modern and up-to-date and working perfectly.Our only complaints were:Poor communication from our property manager after check-in.No gate opener as described in package.Garage door opener had to be searched for in the unit and when found the batteries that were dead.Probably some of the worst pillows we have ever encountered anywhere. All guests had to buy their own pillows just to get a good nights sleep.The kitchen was sparsely equipped, especially in dish towels.Not enough of most consumables to make it through my one month stay and they did not replenish them, so were forced to buy our own.Other than these fine details it was an excellent stay.

I spent the last month of my son’s life staying in this very nice home. It was wonderful to come back each night and rest well. My son passed and I am very grateful that I had such a comforting place to stay. Thank you for everything. I would always want to come back and stay there.

Scottsdale Casita

We really enjoyed the condo and the area. Just a few small things the owners should know about - we were given keys to the pool and the walking gate which did not work and the prolonged could not tell us the code and did not get back to us. We had to ask a Neighbor. Also 0 wine glasses, no big pots and only 4 forks, knives and spoons and no pool towels so we had to make a trip to Costco and I donated the silverware and wine glasses to the condo. The kitchen should be better appointed for long term rentals. Area was great with restaurants and grocery store nearby and a great walking path right behind the condo. Condo was spacious and fairly clean and deck was nice but would have liked to have a barbecue. All in all very good. We would stay here again.

Comfortable & Convenient

Ground floor condo with attached garage is very comfortable and exceptionally convenient for access to all major interstate roads. Maybe even better is the short 10 min drive to the Desert Botanical Gardens where the walking paths are flat, gorgeous & lots of benches. Consider getting a yr membership; you can then walk there every day—perfect for two 80-yr olds. Condo is fully kitted out, lots of bathroom and closet spaces. Very much appreciated the modern washer & dryer which is NOT coin operated! Did I mention the king size bed slept like a dream! Local manager was super nice and very accommodating.

Great stay

The casita was perfect for our stay. Very clean and comfortable. Located just minutes away from many of Phoenix’s top attractions. Would stay again and/or recommend to friends.
