The perfect value

This is a great place to stay for a couple or single person if you are looking for somewhere to sleep while in Charlotte. Communication, cleanliness, and location of the place was perfect for what I needed as I had a conference downtown. I have no complaints and would stay again if I needed to.

We only stayed in room to sleep as our days were full. We had wanted the room cooler and as soon as we got in touch with Chablis the temp changed immediately. Great stay perfect for what we needed a bed and a shower. We would recommend.

Lovely little hideaway

My partner and I stayed here, for a wedding. Very walkable spot, we walked twice to a yummy ice cream shop, “2 scoops”, and definitely check out ace burger. It’s a very quiet neighborhood. It is a room you are renting, but the host makes it feel like more.

Cute little place

This was so convenient for us having to be at the convention center for the weekend. Didn't need a big place at all it fit us so well! We passed the info onto some of our friends too! Thanks for the memories!

The host thought of everything!

The place may seem small but the host has thought of everything from a small table that facilitates dining, utensils are in the microwave, the bathroom is clean and there’s hot water in the shower. The host is also super when asked for help and direction.

April 1-6 stay

This unit was perfect as i was at a convention most of my stay. The unit was small but everything I needed at a very reasonable cost. I was close to the Charlotte Convention Center. The host was able to add a night to the front end of my stay on short notice which worked out well. There was not one thing I needed to ask for. Everything I needed was already there!
