Lovely home. We really enjoyed our stay, especially the hot tub. Perfect proximity to Old Town. My family found a few of the beds to be harder than our liking but we prefer very soft beds. Management was very responsive which we appreciated.

The townhome was a good fit for the 4 of us. Close to downtown and lots of restaurants etc. We are 4 mature ladies so enjoyed the fact that we all had our own bedroom etc. We were out most all day and evenings, so the little time we had at the house was more then adequate. We probably spent most all the time after dinner on the roof patio. Great place to unwind, talk about our day, catch up and plan the next.

We loved our stay at this awesome home!! The rooftop deck is everything and more. Plenty of room and separation in home. We had the best time and would most certainly book at this exact place when we come back. Wonderful home and wonderful owner who had excellent communication with me to make sure everything was set for check in and never needed her after as everything was perfect in the home and with our stay!!! If you are questioning whether or not to book this one, BOOK IT!!!!! Sunset views from rooftop are so amazing!!!!

Good place in FoCo

Place was bigger than expected and clean (minus some undergarments left from the previous group or cleaners). Good location. Be sure to read the fine print about the extra hot tub cost.

Best Location in Fort Collins

This VRBO was simply AWESOME! It was a perfect fit for our family as we attended a Family Reunion. I was perfectly located within a short walk of all the downtown activities and the university. Regarding the actual home, it is clearly well maintained and supplied with the niceties like shampoo/conditioner, trash bags, and COFFEE!!! The host Stacy was AMAZING! I will definitely stay here again!

Great location. Lots of wonderful details, like coffee!! Only downside is the camera on the garage pointed toward the house. This was resolved by keeping the curtains closed.

Spacious, clean and close to old town

I booked this property for a group staycation. The property is a very short drive to old town and walkable to multiple breweries. The place was comfortable and very clean. Our stay was truly perfect, other than a child broke the television and we had to pay to replace it. I was hoping this would be covered under insurance and I would be charged a co-pay, but that was not the case. I would book this property again. Great space for the price!

Awesome for our Colorado State parents weekend visit! House has everything needed to cook. Could use more folks, knives, for large groups. And a few more dish towels in the kitchen. Also, needs more cleaning supplies for light clean up. Nextdoor neighbor called in a noise complaint promptly at 10pm and we were not loud at all. The houses are just very close together. Other than that…it was a terrific visit.

Great House in an excellent location

We were in town for a family wedding. This house met our need for four bedrooms - especially great that there was no double twin rooms - all had double beds or larger, downstairs bedroom has its own bath. Only one TV in the whole place - downstairs on lower level. Cute backyard is protected from the wind. Roofdeck furniture and a hot tub which was used a lot in the early day cool temps. Close to breweries, grocery store, Old Town and the reception location. Had a great stay.

College friends reunion

The four of us get together every couple of years to explore a new place, but mostly to just be together. The house was perfect! Between the dining/living room and the rooftop we had perfect spaces to play games and visit. Each of us had our own bedroom, which were all very comfortable. The house is located near the Poudre River trail and an easy drive to Old Town so there was plenty to do. There is new construction directly across the street, however we were not impacted. We would definitely come here again.
