Swiming Pool/15mins From Downtown Savannah
This adorable, newly renovated home with a nice size inground pool is centrally located between Savannah's two shopping malls. You will find yourself within walking distance or a short uber ride to Savannah's best restaurants and bars. It is also just a quick 15 minutes to downtown Savannah and 40 minutes to Tybee Island.
The space:
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Most of our neighbors are retired, but there are some that are in their thirty, and recently moved in. Facing Abercorn street, there are bars and restaurants nearby. Grocery stores, such as Publix, and super Walmart are down the road.
The House: There are two TVs in the house. There is one is in the front living room and one in the back living room, but there is no tv in the bedrooms.
Other things to note
We are sorry for any inconvenience, but we will not be hosting any local guests living in Savannah, Ga. Thank you for your understanding.
Swimming Pool: The cleaning company is on a weekly schedule during open months (April-November) and bi-weekly during close months (December-March).
During the open months, they will come by and clean the pool every Thursday or Friday. So if you check in on Thursday or Friday, and the pool is not cleaned yet, please be patience with us, the pool company has not make it to our house yet.
