3rd floor loft - very comfortable full size sleeper sofa if the bedroom is just too far away.

This house was perfect for our group! We traveled with our Basketball team and the big open kitchen and bedroom set up was perfect! Lynn soak had excellent communication, we highly recommend!

Great House. Neighborhood is questionable.

House was beautiful and clean! Property manager was very responsive and helpful. House has an apartment on the back of it that is connected. Doors are lockable but other person (it is the property manager) on the other side has access at any time. We thought that was strange. A couple of the living room windows were not lockable. The neighborhood has some questionable properties but it is a 2.4 mile drive to downtown so I guess that is the trade off. Very close to downtown and very clean.

We had our builder come out and look at the locking issues you experienced with the windows and they were able to resolve the issue. I know that our neighborhood is still in transition but I can assure you that it is quite safe. We've been developing in this neighborhood for a few years now and it has been wonderful to see the growth, we've never had any safety issues and we love our neighbors, old and new.

Beautiful Home North Nashville

This home is incredible!! We had 13 in our party of three families. It suited us all. So many pros to list--INCREDIBLY clean, kitchen stocked sufficiently, GREAT new towels and bedding. The loft room is even more spectacular in person and was perfect for a group of young adult boys. We enjoyed EVERY room in the house and the hot tub. The last night we all spent time on the roof enjoying a fire while talking about our favorite things we did in Nashville. Great family bonding time. While this is in a transitional neighborhood, we all felt safe. We parked our cars in front of the house and one of the kids accidentally left a car door open (for an hour) and nothing "suspicious" happened to our car. The house is located 10 minutes to downtown and is a VERY easy drive. Lynn, the hostess is a 10! Highly recommend staying here for your Nashville visit.
