- *7 NIGHT MINIMUM FOR SUMMER 2026 - during the peak summer dates, the property is only available for a minimum of 7 nights with check-in on Saturday and check-out the next Saturday . This is per the standard summer weekly rental convention on LBI.
- No Pets Allowed

Ocean block-200 ft from the beach - 3rd house-with 100x100 lot; private access to the beach for only 3 houses. 3 miles from the main causeway. See aerial photography to get an idea of the proximity to the beach. Located in exclusive North Beach (the section of LBI just north of Surf City and south of Harvey

***Linens/Bedsheets & Towels are not included at this property- pillows and blankets/comforters for the bedding are provided though. We can recommend a guest services vendor on LBI that provides bedsheet/towel service at an affordable price.

This is standard practice for LBI rentals. Each bed is furnished with a comforter and pillows, but guests are responsible for bringing their own sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, and beach towels.

Guest who don't want to pack their own can arrange a delivery service from the various concierge/guest services businesses on LBI.
