Our home is surrounded by beautiful East Texas woodlands and abundant wildlife. You may spot foxes, deer, armadillos, ducks, raccoons, coyotes, and dozens of birds like cardinals and blue jays. Also, you’ll likely encounter some of Texas’s smaller residents—like lizards, frogs, bees, and the infamous flying cockroach (often joked about as the “state bird”). Nature is part of the charm and, while we maintain a clean home, we do not offer refunds for natural encounters.

Security Deposit Required
A $500 security deposit is required before check-in. Booking implies agreement with this policy. No deposit = no entry.

Pet Policy
Well-behaved pets are welcome for $25 per pet, per night. Pets must stay off all furniture and beds. Failure to follow pet policies may result in extra charges.
