Very quiet. The black out curtains are just perfect for a good night's sleep.

Two miles Burbank Airport, 7 miles Universal, Warner Bros., W Disney Studios, NBC, North Hollywood & Burbank Area. A bus ride to N. Hollywood Terminal.

You are free to get in and out of the house anytime. You have your own key. The room has ample windows you can open if you like fresh air. Split A/C & Heater.

No one is allowed to sleep in the living room. Pictured ID required upon check-in. Fee of $50 per night for guest not in the original reservation.
No Kitchen access. Texting host between 9am-6pm only. Turn off AC and Lights when you are not around. Lock doors getting in and out of the house.
Additional fees for lost keys, any damage caused by guest TBD and unpaid amenities minimum of $10. Cleaning after check out only.

Clean room on a quiet street. Location was in close proximity to restaurants, shops and airport. Check in is easy and host was accommodating. It is a great alternative to a hotel stay. Insert yourself amongst the friendly locals and get away from fellow travelers.

Perfect, economical, comfortable

I needed a place to stay that is close to my son who just moved to LA in September. This was my first ever VRBO stay! The price was right and the location was close to my son. Edith is kind, thoughtful and doesn’t intrude. If you’re looking for a place to stay where you interact with the host, this isn’t it. She leaves you be. I saw her in person only once. She responds to text messages quickly. The only thing I’d say is that the neighbors got loud one Saturday night, but I always travel with ear plugs so not a problem for me. I had everything I needed in my room. She thinks of everything. Read the details, as it’s all covered, even how to work the heat and the AC. I’ll stay there again, if she’ll have me.
