About this property

Lake George lakefront- 300ft private shoreline, modern update w/ view, new host

Best waterfront spot on Lake George! Direct lakefront, private two acres with updated interior, huge front porch, swim dock, boat house and deep water with sandy beach. It has it all. Twenty minutes north of Bolton Landing located in the quiet part of the lake. One hour from Saratoga Racetrack.
In addition to the swim dock and boat house with a jumping platform the lakefront has a patio with a picnic table, fire pit, two kayaks and one paddle board and Adirondack chairs and loungers. The lake is 16 feet deep off the dock and also has a sandy beach.

The house has a huge upper screened porch and a lower porch. The interior is completely renovated with a ceiling fan in each bedroom and air- conditioning in the kitchen/main room. There are three quality TVs and high speed internet.

We are located on a very quiet part of the lake with beautiful sunrises and very little boat traffic.

Bring your own boat or rent one to keep at the boathouse.

Silver Bay YMCA is located four miles away and has weekly day camp, swim lessons, sailing, tennis, pickleball, hiking trails and many family activities

The location and property were amazing! We loved our stay here. A beautiful spot on the lake - very private and peaceful. The lakefront was ideal with a patio, dock space, small beach, and a large open swimming area. Lots of space to enjoy the water and we appreciated the use of the kayaks and paddle board, as well as the boat house for our rental. The house has an incredible screened porch with stunning lake views and it offered plenty of space for our two families. It was clean, well maintained, up to date, and comfortable for all. Susan was a responsive and helpful host and we would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location on Lake George

Perfect location on Lake George with amazing views. Loved that they had a small beach so it was easy to walk into the lake and the kids played in the sand. Just be aware that the paver walkway to the dock and beach is extremely steep. We didn’t realize this until we got there but we were able to rent a golf cart to get my handicap mother down the path so she too could enjoy the lake. We definitely would not have been able to go back and forth to the house all day without that. It was a great family vacation.

Gorgeous lake George property

We had a lovely week here. Beautiful open floor plan, private with a boat slip, huge dock and comfy beds. Owner was helpful & responsive when we had some electrical issues. The access to the lake is a walk down a steep path, would have been helpful to know that especially since the grandparents had a hard time getting form to lake. Thanks for everything!
