Our Roof terrace home and green house combines elegance and comfort. Located in one of the best neighborhoods in northern Cali, Santa Mónica residential. On the terrace with its full bathroom you can enjoy the sunset, the stars or a barbecue using the kitchen and auxiliary dining room. The second floor with the main room its bathroom and Vestier, work area, two more bedrooms and bathroom. The basement is a space for watching movies, where "Natural A / C" is generated distributed in the rooms with cross ventilation.
The space
It is a house with a lot of natural lighting, natural air conditioning generated in the basement, distributed with natural cross ventilation and ceiling fans in each of the rooms, rainwater collection for re-use in gardens and toilets, solar water heater , green roof, led lighting, solar diffusers, pergola, natural ventilation ducts, high ceilings, all designed to reduce the carbon footprint. The windows in the bedrooms reduce external sound and have a ceiling fan, Vestier and spacious closets. From the terrace you can see a forest that belongs to a Municipal nature reserve. The garage door for a car with electric motor and remote control, with space to park another vehicle outside. There are two kitchens, and two dining rooms, one on the first floor and an auxiliary one on the roof top terrace where the gas grill is also. With very good shopping centers "Chipichape, Pacific mall, Centenario shopping center", very good restaurants, bars and close to the area called Granada, very close to the Alfonso Bonilla Aragón International Airport.
Guest access
They can arrive in their own car, by taxi or on foot since it is a safe neighborhood. Nearby there is access to public transport, shopping center and Zona Rosa with very good restaurants and the best bars in the city and gathering places in town (Granada). Access to the house can be done without contact of the host or co-host, we have a security box system with a key at the entrance door
