Peaceful Lakehouse with Amazing Grand Lake Views

Enjoy this newly updated inverted house which is nestled in among the trees overlooking a fabulous view of Grand Lake St. Mary's. You can enjoy lake access right outside your door or stay in and relax by the fireplace and enjoy the views.

This is a three story property with the garage, bonus family room, kitchenette and full bath on the first floor. Walk up one level to the 2nd floor living and dining area, as well as the kitchen and laundry room. A half bath and large Master Bedroom with en suite Master Bathroom are also found on the 2nd floor. A favorite room of the house is a screened in porch tucked between the trees which overlooks the lake.
The 3rd level features two bedrooms and a full bath. There is an oversized bedroom with a king bed and and a queen bedroom with a walk out balcony in the tree tops on the 3rd level.

The home is tastefully decorated and complete with smart TVs and Wi-Fi access in all the rooms. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to prepare your favorite meal or you may also choose to grill outdoors. A foosball table, cornhole boards and bicycles are available as well as many board games to play during your stay. Always a relaxing time soaking in all nature watching and lake views this property offers.

The host and house were both amazing. The house has three levels of space with nice rooms, and large bathrooms!! Plenty of decks to sit on and enjoy the lake and wildlife out back. Very clean, comfy, and cozy with all things needed for a great weekend! We would definitely stay here again!

This place is great!!!!! Very conveniently located to lots to do. Perfect place for a last getaway with our 2 girls before they leave for college. The host was very responsive. We would definitely rent this place again.

Probably one of the nicest houses we ever stayed in. Lake channel right behind the house and lake 50 yards away. Yard was beautiful, views were beautiful and just a really nice relaxing getaway house. Hope to get to stay again next year.

Family Getaway

This house was perfect for an extended weekend with family. Nice, clean, and updated, this home was well stocked to meet our needs with plenty of kitchen utensils, towels, blankets, toilet paper. The home also had plenty of outdoor living space and seating for all of us to enjoy the weather. We will definitely be returning next year!
