Summary:
This 1969 artist's condo is quietly nestled on the main corridor to downtown and only a half-mile from the entrance to the Boise Greenbelt.
Located on one of the only lakes in town this is the perfect place to unwind and rest your head after experiencing all that Boise has to offer.

The Space:
Welcome home to your studio suite on State Street!

Join us for the cozy months with covered parking, ski/snowboard storage, and close to Bogus Basin road!

This small studio suite has all the essentials and is filled with custom local art to brighten the room.
You will have your own parking and entrance straight into your room. While this unit is in a complex with shared walls you will have the place all to yourself.
Note: There is the potential to hear noise from neighboring units. This is similar to a ground floor lake-side hotel room.

Guest Access:
Guests will be able to park their car under the carport and will enter the unit though the sliding glass door.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood condo-complex.
Lake access out your front door.
Grocery and restaurants are walkable, Bogus Basin (ski mountain) is 20 miles away.

Getting Around:
Turn left at the lake and Studio 8 is the last unit on the left.
Park in the carport.

Studio on the Lake

My daughter & I had a delightful stay. The place was perfectly described and met our expectations.Nice set up on the lake for kayaking with a ramp for launching. Makes it easy & fun.

Great stay

Great little place near everything. The room has a lot of character with a pond outside. The ballpark, breweries, and downtown aren't very far. I highly recommend a stay.

Cute little place

Very cute, small but plenty for what we needed. Kitchen utensils could be a little better equipped , there was only 1 fork and 1 spoon and no spatulas. Other than that, everything else was great. The amenities were nice with the bikes and kayaks.

Amazing spot for an ID getaway!

This was the perfect place for my hubby and I to stay for a long weekend away. The location was so close to anything and everything we wanted to do while in the Boise area and the studio and property did not disappoint us one bit. It was so nice to be in the city area but also be able to walk out the door and feel like you were secluded. Having our own private lake area was just beautiful. We spent time out by the water every single day listening to and watching the birds, watching the fish jump and just loving the beautiful weather. We really can't say enough about this little hidden gem in Garden City.

We loved everything about this property. From having a few snacks for you because you might check in late to having kayaks and other activities at your disposal is great! We arrived in the middle of a snow storm and when we arrived, the driveway was shoveled for us. They go above and beyond and have great recommendations for foods and activities in nearby areas. We will definitely be back!

Really Cool Place

We enjoyed our stay, the place is comfortable and the TV is HUGE! Great for watching the Olympics. Great trails for the bikes.

Perfect little property

I absolutely loved this place. The location was very quiet and peaceful. You are right on the pond with kayaks handy. The condo was beautifully decorated and a plus was the blackout curtains though with the view from the front you almost want to keep them open. I would definitely recommend

Comfortable and thoughtful

The small studio was perfect for our 5 night stay. Everything was clean and comfortable with so many thoughtful amenities in a small space. Easy access to downtown Boise and not a far drive from anything. We’d stay here again if it’s available next time we’re in town.

Nice little place.

For one or two persons it's a quiet and semi-secludid spot right in the middle of all kinds of restaurants. You must try Merritt's for breakfast. Just across the road a short way down on your left as you leave the property. Be Hungry! Love to come back here in the summer and do some bike riding. I would recommend.

This property is INCREDIBLE!! There were just the two of us and I highly recommend for couples as the amenities are far greater than ANY hotel! We caught multiple large mouth bass, kayaked, enjoyed the hip decor and solitude this owner offers! Very safe the neighbor was great for information and checking on us. We had our own fishing gear, yet ALL gear is provided! The only downside, if any, is only a microwave and small one person oven. Perfect, for reheating leftovers and bagel bites!! All needs were met and their is even a little taste of Boise shop inside you can purchase something cute if interested. We will definitely be staying again! Thank You!!

What an amazing little find. The entrance to the property sneaks up on you, but once you turn into the community, you go from busy street to a little nestled oasis. The small lake is very pretty with geese, ducks, and fish jumping. I woke up right at sunrise, made some coffee, and stood outside to a scene of a low fog on the lake, trees on the bank starting to lose their leaves, a picturesque house across the water with the morning sun on its windows and a hot air balloon in the early sky. I wish I could post the picture I took. It was a moment where you appreciate everything in life. The room has so much character. I could tell the owner took a lot of pride in making my experience something special. From all the positive and motivational art on the walls to the cold filtered water, fresh ice, and snacks upon arrival. There was real care taken to make the place feel more than at home. Such a nice little place. I sure hope it lasts. I will definitely stay there again when I travel to Boise!
