Not Prime or spotless. Things you should know first.
Cute place. Big bathroom. Nice kitchen. Plenty of room. Clean but not spotless. No indication you would be on the third floor when making reservation.
Third floor walk-up up an outside, exposed staircase.
Bed was a queen size wanna-be. (We chose the room for queen bed). I suspect all beds are the same size but some rooms are listed as queen and sleep 3, and some as full and sleep 2. Ours boasted sleeps three, but . . . good thing there were only 2 of us because vinyl couches are not for sleeping.
Half the supposed bath towels were barely bigger than a hand towel. We messaged host about both issues the first night and they answered by the next day. (but it's not 24/7 support as advertised. They did bring us new towels the second afternoon, and they were regular size.
The bed and we got a dust bunny shower when we turned on the ceiling fan.
Parking was in visitor or reserved marked spaces. Not many of them. Only saw 1 space marked visitor. Maybe 12 reserved at the very back of the lot. Saturday night there were no parking spaces for our use, so we had to park at the gas station down the road and walk to the unit. No answer from host as to where to park that night.
Bottom line- there are probably better choices for your stay if you are an adult.
