ENTRY LEVEL
Step through the covered wood porch into an inviting great room where modern mountain design meets effortless comfort. The bright, updated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a seamless stay. Gather around the dining table for eight, unwind on the sofa for a cozy movie night, or step onto the private deck to grill and take in the sweeping mountain views. The main level also features a serene queen bedroom with a beautifully appointed en suite bath for added privacy and convenience.

LOWER LEVEL
The lower level offers a spacious king bedroom with a private en suite bath featuring a separate soaking tub and walk-in shower. Step outside to the intimate patio to enjoy fresh mountain air and quiet surroundings. A convenient washer and dryer are also located on this level for added ease during your stay.

TOP LEVEL
The top level features a third bedroom thoughtfully designed with two double beds and its own private en suite bathroom, offering a comfortable and private retreat ideal for kids, additional guests, or another couple.

Great spot!

This was the perfect place for our summer getaway! We loved the easy walk to anything in Mountain Village, and the fun gondola to downtown Telluride. My teenagers loved the opportunity to be independent from my husband and I as it is very safe, while my Mom enjoyed relaxing in various beautiful spots around the area. So many amazing places to see and to eat! This cabin was clean and the beds were very comfortable, and it had everything we needed plus more. We would love to stay here again next time we make it to Telluride!

Beautiful home! We loved the nicely stocked kitchen and tasteful furnishings. This location is super quiet at night and it’s a great spot for families - the free gondola is less than a ten minute walk.

1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am.

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes & marijuana (we can smell it!). $1000 fine applies.

3. Pets - please leave your pets a home. Pets are not permitted in this rental property.

4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping and inspection schedule.

5. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.

6. Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds when the unexpected happens.
