This brand new cottage is the perfect setting for your family getaway to the Columbia Valley any season - enjoy hot summer days swimming at the 1/4 mile sandy beach or skating the Lake Windermere Whiteway in the winter months! A short drive and you can ski/board the hills of Panorama Mountain Resort. Enjoy hiking, biking, & golfing almost all year round.

The Hideaways offers sport courts including basketball and pickle ball, green space for your own fun, and a play structure for little ones. When you’re ready to cool off, take the pathway (7 min walk) that leads you down to Windermere lake + the private beach to jump in for a swim!

Clean, modern finishing’s and decor greet you as you enter. Vaulted ceilings and an abundance of South windows allow natural light to adorn the main floor and offer captivating views of the surrounding mountains; often producing stunning sunsets.

La Villetta is perfect for gathering with friends/family with the open concept living + dining + kitchen allowing space for everyone to be comfortable.

You will love lounging in the cozy living space after a long day; visiting and enjoying the views or catching up on your favourite Netflix shows on the 65” Smart TV.

Enjoy prepared feasts or family games night in the separate dining area with seating for 7 or on the patio.

Always the heart of the home, the kitchen has all the essentials to make your stay easy and effortless. Cooking + bbq tools, dishes & utensils (kids too!), wine glasses, drinking glasses, toaster, espresso machine, Keurig, pots/pans, knives, cutting boards, S&P, condiments, etc! The large quartz island offers counter space for prep, as well as seating for four.

The large south deck is just off the living/dining space where you will find the BBQ or where you can relax on the patio set and enjoy the sunshine and views!

Bedroom 1
The primary bedroom is located on the main level and is complete with a king size bed with comfy linens, 4 pillows, extra blankets, and a walk-in closet + cheater door to the 4pc main floor bath.

Bedroom 2
The ‘kids’ room has a set of bunks beds + single bed, sleeping 3 comfortably. Cozy linens & some books give a little taste of home.

Bedroom 3
The lower level has been transformed into a third sleeping area with queen sized bed and 4 pc bathroom. A washer and dryer is also available with laundry detergent for your use.

Bed 4
The living room couch pulls out to make a 5th bed which could sleep another two comfortably.
