This newly renovated vintage cottage is the perfect destination for you and your group! Our cottage is located in the famous Assembly Park on Delavan Lake and has stunning views. This association features a private beach, water slide, water trampoline, brand new pickle ball court, 5 parks, playsets, and more (great for kids)!

With 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, large wrap-around porch this house can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. This house also has a private pier available that is great for fishing or docking a boat.

High school reunion weekend

The house was a great property for a group of people who span various states to meet up and gather. The kitchen is great, the beds were comfortable, the living room has a lot of sitting for people to sit and talk at night. The beach area is very small, it's a members only beach included with house. We went to the Duck Inn one night which was great as well.
