This beautiful, four-bedroom, three-bath house is conveniently located in the heart of Islamorada, the fishing capital of the world. Situated in a beautiful upscale neighborhood of all waterfront homes, the house is equipped with all the comforts of home. It is extra clean and modernly furnished.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two baths. Downstairs there is a totally independent, one-bedroom, one-bath apartment. The house is PERFECT for those traveling with different age groups, in-laws, teenagers, or two families. The house is fully equipped with everything you will need to make your vacation a 'PERFECT' one.

Spend your days soaking up the sun and your evenings relaxing in the jacuzzi or in our HEATED swimming pool. THIS IS PARADISE! Being just one-and-one-half hour from Miami and one-and-one-half hour from Key West, you can easily spend a full day in either of the two, and be back on time to watch the beautiful sunset.

We are just one mile from world-famous Holiday Isles, TIKI BAR. There you can sit out by the beach, or take a dip in the pool. Their live entertainment and contests give your vacation the full island effect. As if diving, snorkeling, sunning, boating, and swimming all day were not enough, do not forget to spend an afternoon swimming with the dolphins or the stingrays. Also, just one minute from the house.

My husband & I stayed in the one bedroom apartment on the ground floor & my son & grandsons stayed upstairs in the 3 bedroom/2 bath upstairs unit. It was absolutely perfect, since they like to get up at 5 AM to go fishing. We never heard them. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood, convenient to grest restaurants. The house was very clean & we would highly recommend for families. I have mobility issues, so not having to deal with entrance stairs was so nice.

Great location in the heart of Islamorada! Layout of the house with the apartment below worked perfect for our 2 families. We utilized the boat slip in the marina which was a short walk from the house (you can drive there too!). Nice quiet neighborhood and easy access to all the local spots!

We just returned from our 1 week stay. The home itself was perfect for our larger family vacation, unfortunately there were several issues upon check-in. The home did not appear to have been cleaned prior to our arrival, the pool heater was not turned on (although we did pay for this service) and the grill was non-functional.However, Arlene was very quick to address everything and correct them right away (with the exception of the cleaning, we bought supplies and completed this ourselves).Once the few issues were addressed our time there was wonderful. The home is located in a very quiet area, but close to everything/anything you need, and having the separate living area downstairs was perfect for our family.Could possibly use some new kitchenware & a deep clean of the floors, but otherwise a really nice place to vacation!We would definitely recommend.

Upon arrival you notified me that you were not happy with the cleaning. I immediately contacted the cleaning lady, who was around the corner and was returning to the home to address any issues you may have had and to make sue everything was up to par. You advised that you did not want her to return and asked me to tell her not to retuen. I asked you for pictures of what you were unhappy with, but never received any pictures from you. I have never had any issues with my cleaning lady and I can not address issues with her, she can not return to the home and address them with you and/or I am not shown anything that is out of place and/or not properly cleaned. With regards to the pots and pans, many times the guests take the pots downstairs and leave them in the kitchenette rather than returning them to the upstairs. If you would have called to let me know, I would have gladly advised you of this, as the pots and pans that belong upstairs are a completed set and are brand new. The kitchenette down stairs is a much smaller set. THANK YOU, ARLENE

Nice family vacation

This home and neighborhood is the perfect get away. The rooms are large and the pool area is amazing. The downstairs kitchen area is a plus as well. Plenty of seating, eating areas and comfy beds ! The property owner is very helpful ! We will be back again.

Spring Break

The Perfect Getaway truly was all we expected. A great location to be able to see the sights of the Florida Keys with a relaxing pool and hot tub allowing for relaxed afternoons. We had a great time and would definitely consider another stay in the future.

Great Place for Family

We enjoyed the stay so much! The home owner was on top of everything and responded immediately if we needed anything! The location was perfect for all we wanted to do and we felt safe in the neighborhood! We had a 5 year old an a 6 month old with us and they were able to enjoy the swimming pool, as were the adults! It was a wonderful home and vacation for all of us!! We would DEFINITELY book this home again!!

Great stay

This was absolutely perfect for our family of 6 with two adult children and two pre-teen/teen children. We rented a boat, fished most of the week, and enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub each night. Walking distance to the marina and our boat rental. Everything went great.

The property was very nice and clean and we enjoyed our stay very much! We rented our own boat for the week and the marina was awesome and close for us to get back and forth to the boat. Our Host was awesome and was there always if we had any questions or concerns. The pool at the house is fabulous and so refreshing…we swam every day after boating and it was so relaxing. Would recommend this house for a larger family of 6 to 8. The bedrooms are good size and the air conditioning in the house upstairs and down worked great! No complaints here and would rent again in the future.

Great location and boat slip

Our group (3 couples) had a great week at this rental. Pool and hot tub were a nice treat after a day on the boat. Boat slip was great with water and electricity. Water pressure wasn’t the best but otherwise things were good. Arlene was great and very responsive when we had questions.
