Village of Fairport - 2 BDRM w/Onsite Parking

Your family will be close to everything that the Village of Fairport offers when you stay at this centrally located 2-bedroom home which can sleep up to 5!

-- Erie Canal access for hiking, biking, kayaking
-- Thomas Creek Ice Arena five minutes down the road (2.2 miles)
-- Restaurants/Pubs/Shopping all walking distance in village

Pets welcome if approved - please enquire. Pet fee is $20/night per pet, to be paid a few days prior to arrival. Variable pricing for longer stays.

Both bedrooms are located on the second floor, with a queen bed in one, and a queen/twin combination in the other. Perfect for parents who need child in same room.

The full bathroom with shower/tub is located on the main floor, as well as a half-bath on the main floor.

*** Please note: There are train tracks about two blocks away, adjacent to the canal, with trains passing through several times/day.
Absolutely NO smoking of any kind please - penalty $100 if ozone machine required for next guest.

Please note my pet fee is $20/night/pet and will be requested a day or two prior to your arrival. If you are bringing a pet or pets, please reach out and let me know the breeds and sizes. Thank you. For longer stays, I am open to a reduced pet fee.

Family visit

Easy walk for coffee and restaurants and walking along the Erie Canal. Very clean and kitchen well supplied. Possibly not good for children as no bathrooms on the floor with bedrooms and the stairs are steep. Lovely backyard.

Single, visiting friends & family. It’s the perfect location to enjoy the quaintness of Fairport and all it has to offer, so much with walking distance.

Great location!!

Great location in downtown Fairport. Very nice home. Comfortable beds. The trains were constant however we were given a heads up prior. Bedrooms could use darkening curtains. Overall great place!!
