Nice and clean house.

It’s a nice and clean house. Equipped with all the necessary comfort. We enjoyed the pool everyday. It’s a quiet neighbourhood and we feel safe there. Nice that there are many activities nearby. It was amazing!

an enjoyable stay

The property is amazing, spacious, modern and clean. Also all the amenities were there except iron. The hot water is generated by sun so for a family of 5 isn't enough hot water in the tank but they have a plan B for that.The swimming pool is just right with a lovely garden.

Thank you for the Review. Just want to answer on one point. In our list of amenities there is not an iron mentioned because we do not have one in the house. So it has to be clear if you see it as a necessary point to have one in the house you have to book a house where it is on the list. By the way: we often have clients with 5 persons in the house and in 5 years no one emptied all the hot water. We were informed by you about your water problem at midnight and we solved it for you until 8 in the morning. This also must be told.

The house is simply amazing , inside a small complex of houses , very private and quiet. The gardens and pool very well maintened. Inside it has everything to have a great vacations : big rooms , a kitchen with everything you need , good equipaments , a living room with a great table for 10 pax, nice sofa and smart tv. Al with AC. Outside a small garden to breakfast or dinner ( lunch time is very hot) , or simply to relax and take an expresso. Good parking for car either.

Alles stimmig. Super gelegen, der Strand falésia 10 Minuten entfernt war großartig. Noch nie eine so toll ausgestattete Küche / ausgestattetes Ferienhaus gehabt. Buddelsachen/Sonnenschirme, scharfe Messer wirklich toll- vor allem wenn man nicht alles mitschleppen möchte wie Waschmittel etc.

Casa con muy buena ubicación, a 5 minutos en coche de Albufeira. Zona muy tranquila, excepto por unos perros de una parcela al lado que le dan por ladrar de noche, los propietarios de la Urbanización deberían quejarse al dueño de esos perros. Por lo demás, la casa es muy bonita, tiene de todo y las camas muy cómodas, lo único malo es que la casa no es mia 😅. El propietario es muy amable y cualquier problema o duda lo soluciona con rapidez, se agradece. Gracias

Super....!

Sehr schönes Reihenhaus in kleiner, gepflegter und abgeschlossener Anlage, trotz Hochsaison war der Pool nur spärlich besucht und man konnte schön entspannen. Anlage insgesamt ruhig gelegen, kein Straßen und Partylärm, nur ein paar bellende Hunde gegenüber. Ferienhaus top ausgestattet, es hat an gar nichts gefehlt, egal ob in Küche oder Badezimmern. Küche absolut komplett, wir mußten nicht mal Verbrauchsmaterialen wie Müllbeutel, Toipapier oder TABs nachkaufen, was wir aber getan hätten... Der Architekt der Anlage hat leider nur eine winzige Terrasse vorgesehen ehe der Rasen beginnt. Wir haben darauf verzichtet draußen zu essen, einfach zu eng und zu kleiner Tisch. Die Terrasse zur Südseite könnte im Sommer auch gut eine Beschattung gebrauchen. Aber da hat man wohl auch als Besitzer keinen Einfluß drauf. Wir können das Ferienhaus jedenfalls uneingeschränkt empfehlen wenn man als Familie eine schöne Unterkunft ohne Haligalli sucht.

Wunderbare Unterkunft mit wirklich allem, was man nur brauchen könnte. Äußerste Sauberkeit. Vorbildlich gepflegte Anlage und Pool. Schöne Einrichtung. Klasse Betten. Nicht wirklich entscheidend, aber deutsches Fernsehen ist auch verfügbar (EM und Tour de France lagen in unserem Urlaub;). So möchte man Urlaub machen! Top!

Ein schöner Urlaub an der Algarve

Das Ferienhaus liegt in der Nähe von Albufeira in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage mit Pool. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt Bei verschiedenen Angelegenheiten waren die Vermieter sehr sehr hilfsbereit! Hier nochmals vielen Dank an Herrn Gauer.

Très jolie maison

La maison, dans un complexe de 19 maisonsest située un peu en dehors d'Albufeira, au calme. Piscine et jardins magnifiques, très propre. Notre hôte, kirsten est très disponible et arrangeante sur les horaires d'arrivée.

Due to check in instructions via vrbo,myself and friends were taken to wrong adress of property.this was very quickly rectified with a call from owners.The owners are very pleasant people who go out there way to make your stay as wonderful as possible!NOTE:check in was vrbo error. The property is beautifully modern and very spacious! You can see they take pride in their property. Location is good as 10 mins uber to albufeira. We had an amazing time and felt at home and didn't want to go home!
