Très bien située bien qu'un peu bruyant le soir car au cœur de la ville. Appartement qui nécessiterait un petit rafraîchissement. Douche un peu petite. Le parking privé est très appréciable.

Super séjour

Une vue magnifique sur l'océan et un emplacement idéal - pratique pour la plage, le surf et les sorties - un peu moins si on aime le calme la nuit et le matin - bruit des bars la nuit et des camions de livraisons des restaurants le matin... L'appartement bien que petit est très bien agencé, beaucoup de rangements, nous y avons séjourné avec 2 ados sans souci. Equipe Interhome disponible et reactive en cas de besoin.

Face à l’Océan !

Une vue à vous couper le souffle, une rénovation de qualité, une résidence bien sécurisée. Par contre, le lave linge annoncé n’existait plus, les sièges sont tellement hauts que cet appartement convient mieux à des gens jeunes et sportifs. Après une organisation personnelle de départ, j’ai passé un très bon séjour, face à face avec l’Ocean.

Vue extraordinaire !

L'emplacement de cet appartement est EXCEPTIONNEL ! Une vue magnifique sur l'océan. Tout est à proximité. Le parking de la résidence est très appréciable car les places sont rares. L'appartement est très bien agencé : il y a tout ce qu'il faut. (La baie vitrée et le volet mériteraient d'être changés.)

Appartement avec vue sur la plage centrale de Laca

Appartement avec vue imprenable, mais manquant un peu de confort (pas de toile de tente, pas possible de manger à 4 à l'intérieur, canapé lit avec lattes cassées, etc...). Emplacement très bruyant puisque la rue est remplie de restaurants, bruit jusqu'à 2h du matin. Bruit de nouveau dès 8h, merci aux camions de livraison des restaurants qui laissent tourner leur climatisation juste en-dessous de l'appartement !!

Tolle Aussicht leider in einem desolaten Zustand

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Promenade von Lacanau. Der Ausblick ist dementsprechend malerisch. Jedoch ist die Ausstattung sehr runtergekommen: Küchentheke war sehr peckig und hat sehr geklebt Boden war ebenfalls klebrig und sandig Wasserkocher total verkalkt Geschirr war noch von den Vorbewohnern dreckig Bad insbesondere Dusche sehr verdreckt in der Waschmaschine lag eine Unterhose bestellte Bettwäsche voller Haare bestellte Handtücher mit gelben Flecken Leider reicht der Text nicht

Kleinere materialle Mengel

Guten Tag, Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut Spaß gemacht und die Lager des Apartments ist top! Dennoch gibt's es auch hier noch Verbesserungsvorschläge: Die Sitzmöglichkeiten auf dem Balkon bestehen aus 4 klapprigen und sehr ungemütlichen Hocker ohne Rückenlehne was bei einem zwei Wochen Aufenthalt sehr auf den Rücken geht. Da gibt's bestimmt günstige und bequemere Lösungen. Die Brausehalterung in der Dusche sollte bei so eine kleinen Dusche auch nicht kaputt sein. Preis / Leistung ist " Gut "!

Il n’y a que la vue qui soit belle

Attention! Ce n’est pas une chambre mais un renfoncement dans le couloir juste à côté de la porte d’entrée qui ne se ferme pas (ah si avec un rideau! Qui était sale en plus!) L’appartement est très mal équipé au niveau ustensiles de cuisine. La salle de bain n’est pas ventilée (je pense que la vmc ne marche pas) et les joints de la douche sont moisis. Heureusement qu’il y a une vue superbe sinon tout le reste est plus que décevant

Contact très facile avec l'agence qui nous a donné de bons conseils. Logement conforme au descriptif, vue splendide, face à l'océan. Bon couchage, Idéal pour 2 personnes, trop juste pour 4. Place de parking privé bien utile. Il manque des ustensiles de cuisine et quelques réparations sont nécessaires : porte de séparation ne fermait pas....L'agence a pris en compte mes commentaires et je ne doute pas qu'elle fera le nécessaire. Très bon séjour, je recommande!!
