The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is a non-smoking house, pets are not allowed.
The ground floor is friendly and modern. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, filter coffee / pad machine, fridge with small freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and much more. There is enough space for 5 people at the table, and there is a high chair for younger guests.
A tiled stove provides cozy hours and cozy warmth. In the living area there are two comfortable sofas, here is also the flat screen TV. The entire house has pleasant underfloor heating.
From here you get to the sunny terrace, from where you have a beautiful view of the lake. Rustic wooden furniture invite you to linger here. A fixed outdoor grill, a large parasol and 2 sun loungers are available.
A bedroom with a single bed is on the ground floor and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms and a modern shower room. In one of the bedrooms there is a double bed and a cot (wood) which is equipped with mattress and bed linen. The second room has two single beds. This room also has another flat screen TV.
All windows were provided with fly screens (except for the patio door), the bedrooms can also be darkened. The house is equipped with electrical ventilation.
