Large country house near the Baltic Sea, between Anklam and Wolgast near Usedom. Lovingly restored by us and modernly and newly equipped in 2019 with many new extras.

Large modern refrigerator (228 L) with freezer (111 L). Modern heating, new furniture in the living and dining room, extra fridge for drinks. You can celebrate cooking events in two very well-equipped kitchens.

Here you will find a large kitchen table that seats 8 people for a comprehensive breakfast. The house is particularly suitable for larger groups with babies and / or dogs.

The farm has been modernized. We offer you a quiet accommodation, far away from all tourist hustle and bustle. Located close to the forest, they use the house alone with 4 bedrooms for six people, additional beds can be set up.

A newly furnished very cozy dining room for eight people and a TV room as well as a bathroom with tub and daylight complete the picture.

With us in the country house you can let your mind wander and find yourself in nature again. The proximity to Usedom can already be felt. It takes about 35 minutes by car to the open sea on Usedom. From Buggow you reach Wolgast on the coast of Usedom, here you will find the well-known seaside resorts of Zinnowitz, Trassenheide, Karlshagen, Peenemünde, Koserow, Ahlbeck Heringsdorf.

Very close to us is the city of Lassan (distance 10 km), which is located directly on the backwaters of Usedom opposite Zinnowitz. In Lassan you will find a small marina and a nice restaurant, the arable farming.

An insider tip for swimming is the place Lubmin on the Greifswalder Bodden. Here you will find many quiet places to relax. About 30 minutes by car from us.

After Anklam and Wolgast for the daily supply it is about 15 km each.

Greifswald is about 45 minutes away by car. Here you will find numerous sights and museums as well as good shopping opportunities. The Greifswald Museum Harbor is particularly recommended. From Greifswald you can take wonderful tours over the Greifswalder Bodden by boat.

After a day on the beach and swimming you can relax on our terrace with a glass of wine. In the large garden there are numerous fruit trees that provide shade in summer.

We offer you a grill and new comfortable garden loungers as well as a garden table with 6 seats for the outside area. Other tables, chairs, loungers are available.

The entire property is approximately 1 hectare in size and offers plenty of opportunities for dogs to run. But there is also plenty of space for children to romp around.

They use the house alone, no other guests or private use while they are there. Parking on the property available.
