The Space:

This private first-floor unit accommodates up to three guests and includes a separate bedroom with one queen-size bed.



Next to the bedroom is a compact living area furnished with a twin-size futon, Smart TV, desk and chair, TV stand, and a small storage ottoman. This is a compact sitting area rather than a full-size living room. An interior door separates the bedroom from the living area.



The living area also has its own exterior door, which opens directly onto a small private porch reserved exclusively for this unit.



The kitchenette is suitable for simple meals and light food preparation and includes a mini refrigerator, microwave, Keurig K-Cup coffee maker, and basic cups, plates, bowls, and utensils. Please note that the unit does not have a full-size stove or oven.



The unit also includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, high-speed Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning, and one free on-site parking space.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire first-floor unit, including the bedroom, compact living area, kitchenette, bathroom, and the small private porch located directly outside the living area.



The front porch, backyard, and basement laundry room are shared with other guests in the building. Washer and dryer access is available in the shared basement laundry room.

The unit has central heating and air conditioning. The thermostat is located in a separate area and cannot be adjusted directly by guests. Please message us if you would like the temperature changed, and we will adjust it remotely whenever reasonably possible. A portable fan and space heater are also available in the closet for additional comfort.



The outdoor trash bins are located behind the building near the backyard.
