Our house is perfect for a small group of friends or family looking for a clean, accessible place. It contains 3 bedrooms (2 queen be & twin bunk beds) & 1 full bathroom, as well as a sleeper sofa with a pullout queen bed. Enjoy complimentary Netflix & Hulu with our smart TVs, grill or warm up by the fire pit, & even get some work or studying done! Located just minutes from major highways, parks, museums, & Yorktown Center, the journey is just getting started once you arrive!

➢ 3 wall-mounted Smart TVs (65" & 2 43") with included Netflix & Hulu
➢ 3 queen beds (including 1 pullout sofa bed in living area), 2 twin bunk beds
➢ Plenty of clothing storage
➢ Desk area with included office supplies such as pens, pencils, & post-it notes
➢ Full bathroom, including all necessities mentioned above
➢ Fully stocked kitchen, including salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee, creamer, sugar, & more
➢ Formal dining table with 6 chairs & informal tea table with 2 chairs
➢ Alarm clocks with USB ports for easy phone charging
➢ Additional linens, pillows, towels, washcloths, & other necessities stored in linen closet

We must note that the area in which our house is located contains lots of trees & is close to several parks. As a result, bugs are fairly commonplace both in and out of the house, especially in the spring and summertime. We do employ pest control mitigation tactics that help to keep most bugs at bay, but given the area in which we live, it just isn't fully possible to rid our house of all bugs. The best defense against these bugs is to keep all doors and windows closed as much as possible. We do apologize in advance though if you come across any bugs while staying at our place.
Guest access:
We ask that our guests park in our driveway. The driveway is very long, with ample space for multiple cars. That said, we recommend parking in the part of the driveway that is in front of the house rather than the back, due to the proximity to the front door.
You will use a code to enter the house via the front door. This will be your code for the duration of your stay. We ask that all guests enter or leave the property only by the front door.
