Fully remodeled and stylishly decorated this rustic modern retreat is located in the quiet, sleepy Hillcrest area in Yuba City. This 2900sf 3 bed 2 bath home was carefully decorated and designed with comfort and aesthetics in mind. From the 18 ft ceilings to the waterfall counter top, amazing kitchen and handmade barn doors there has been no stone left unturned. In the beautiful backyard there is a large pool and patio area. You don't have to go far to be at some of the best restaurants in town and there is a grocery store close by.

Girls Trip

We booked the house for a little getaway with a couple of my friends and we had a great time. The house is gorgeous and very clean but our favorite part had to be the pool. It’s huge and pretty deep and was always really clean. Overall we had a great time and had no complaints!

Loved the open concept and the design of the house. The kitchen island was large and centered around the house so entertaining was very easy. Property was very nice and the pool and backyard gazebo was great.

Wonderful home!

We loved our time at this house. It is spacious, immaculately clean, and beautiful. Ryan , the owner, was very available and answered my questions before our trip very quickly. Checkin was straight forward and simple—- an easy to operate combination lock. Would definitely stay there again!

Lovely place to stay

This home was perfect for our stay we had 5 adults. We enjoyed the pool and had plenty of spaces to hangout and enjoy our time together. We were in town for my birthday and a concert at Toyota Amphitheater. Great location if you are in town for a concert! Host was responsive to any questions we had. Definitely will book again!

Enjoyed our stay. Spacious home with a lovely kitchen. Good amenities. Large pool and outdoor area but yard needs attention. House was well stocked.

Great house and location

The listing was exactly as it shows on the site. We were visiting family and the house was roomy and equipped with everything you need. The back yard and pool were beautiful, though it was too cold to swim. Anytime I had a question, the owner Ryan, was quick to respond (I reached out for location of trash cans and pool skimmer - there were no issues). We will definitely check this place out again if we are back in the area to visit family.

Fun Family Get-Away!

We traveled to Yuba City for the LDS Temple open house. This home was the perfect location for seeing that and visiting friends in Chico and friends in Lincoln. We loved the pool! However the mosquitos were pretty bad and my son got 20+ bites over the weekend. :( The house had pretty much everything we need, and the manager was easy to communicate with when we had minor issues come up. The master bed was probably my only complaint… the mattress wasn’t great, but I understand you can’t please everyone. :) Overall we had a fantastic stay!!
