This apartment is on the 1st + 2nd Floor and has a large roof terrace. The proximity to the marina of Grömitz distinguishes this apartment very much. The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa set, dining area for 5 people, satellite TV, radio and winter garden. From here you can reach the large, furnished roof terrace.
The open kitchen is very well equipped with a dishwasher, stove-oven, refrigerator and the usual kitchen appliances.

You can reach the bedroom via the internal staircase, furnished with a double bed (1 x 180 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe.

In the 2nd Bedroom has 2 single beds (each 80 x 200 cm) and a wall bed (80 x 200 cm) wardrobe, a TV.

In the nearby spa park there are outdoor sports equipment and a large playground where children can play extensively. Grömitz captivates with its multitude of sports and leisure activities, which you can all find near the beach. Nothing stands in the way of an all-round carefree holiday.
