Nice ship in Aalsmeer with kitchen

Vacationing on the water without a real boat? Then this houseboat for four adults and two children is truly a perfect option! Beautifully located in a marina in Leimuiden, Aalsmeer. There is a roof terrace the size of the house with panoramic views of the Westeinderplassen and the marina. On the first floor there is also a smaller terrace where you can have breakfast, lunch or fishing.



The modern living room has large windows, allowing plenty of light to enter. You can also look over the water from all sides in the living room. An open kitchen, equipped with all amenities such as coffee maker and 4-burner stove, provides all the conditions for a good meal with the family. There are two bedrooms for two people. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and sink. In the cottage there are 2 SUP boards. The TV receives only regional channels and the Wi-Fi is limited.



Do you like water sports? At the reception of Jachthaven Kempers Watersport you can get SUP boards, water skis and other fun boards. You can also take a sailing course in the Westeinderplassen. Are you hungry after a day on the water? The restaurant at the marina serves delicious lunch and dinner. Free Wi-Fi is available outside the marina. You can use it on the boat terraces and in the Kempers Watersport showroom while enjoying a cup of coffee.



This house has a view from the living room and terrace over the Westeinderplassen, not the harbor.



Coastal towns like Noordwijk and Katwijk are about a 20-minute drive away. Larger towns like Amsterdam and Haarlem are 30 minutes away.

Die Einrichtung des Hausboots war sehr schön und stilvoll. Die Ausstattung der Küche hat uns am meisten beeindruckt. Außerdem habe wir die Ruhe und den Ausblick auf den See sehr genossen und die Kinder fanden die SUPs super!

Super Hausboot

Der Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Hausboot hat uns super gefallen. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet, mit einer super ausgestatteten Küche. Auch im April, kann man dort einen tollen Urlaub machen; für die tolle Dachterrasse war es leider noch zu kalt. Den Flughafen hört man, je nachdem wie der Wind steht; aber das hat uns nicht gestört.

Erholsamer Urlaub in gemütlicher Unterkunft

Tolles Ferienobjekt mit super Ausstattung. Alles was man im Urlaub benötigt, war vorhanden. Diverse Gewürze und Kochutensilien, Spiele, TV mit Netflix, Standup Paddelboards, Schirm, Taschenlampe etc. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist modern und gemütlich. Angeln direkt von der Terrasse möglich. Auch Anfang November konnten wir bei Sonne ein wenig auf der Dachterrasse verweilen. Die Lage ist perfekt um verschiedene Orte zu erkunden. 100% Weiterempfehlung.

Herbstferien auf dem Hausboot

Das Hausboot ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Kücheausstattung war top. Perfekt wird es, wenn man, bei angenehmen Temperaturen, auf der riesigen Dachterasse Essen und chillen kann. Für uns war es trotzdem ein sehr schöner Urlaub, in dem wir uns viele schöne Orte in der Umgebung angesehen haben. Natürlich immer verbunden mit einem Ausflug an den nächstgelegenen Strand und einem leckeren Essen in den zahlreichen Strandbars.😊
