What a wonderful place

The condo is decorated so beautifully. The location was perfect, a short walk to the ski area and gondola (like one block away). The condo was well equipped and appliances were clean and look brand new. We enjoyed our stay (our granddaughter graduated from steamboat springs high school).This would be an excellent place to stay if you ski, hike or bike.

Wonderful condo next to the Steamboat ski resort. Hot tubs were a great way to relax after long days on the slope.

Beautiful Property

We wanted a spacious, clean, lovely property for the Labor Day weekend. And that's what we got! Would be great for a ski weekend as well. Cleverly appointed and whimsical design with all of the stained glass and beautiful rustic furniture. Felt like a weekend in the country with all of the comforts of home.

Steamboat Condo

The location was amazing with great views of the valley to the south. It was extremely walkable to nearby restaurants and to the slopes. The condo was clean, very charming and perfect for our family of 4. We found a blind that was damaged and contacted management. They were out within hours to inspect it.

Loved the condo and the location. Kitchen is awesome. The only complaint I have is the master bedroom mattress. It is shot and needs to be replaced as all support is gone.

Excellent Location!

This property is located so close to the Gondola and Steamboat square - perfect for skiiers. Property is as described. Minimal towels are provided so if want to use jacuzzi I suggest bringing your own towels - otherwise you have to use your lone bath towel. Has an elevator but would not be handicapped accessible as a few stairs to get to elevator. We would definately stay here again.

Cute place great for a family

My husband and I and our 2 kids (8 and 10) stayed here for the weekend. The location is great with walking distance to the gondola and restaurants. The layout was perfect for our family with the bunks in one room and their own bathroom and a master. The balcony was relaxing because you could sit out and listen to the small creek running. The kitchen and bathrooms were all updated. It was also so nice that they left fans to use since the apartment didn’t have AC and it was an out of ordinary hot weekend. The fans helped so much. We had 2 very minor issues. The pool code wasn’t working and the company didn’t know the code but apparently this was building wide as some other families said they couldn’t access it either. The other issue was the knob on the dryer was broken so we couldn’t adjust the heat level of the dryer. Both issues were addressed immediately by the property manager. A guy seriously showed up to fix the dryer within minutes of me calling. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely stay again.

Perfect location!

Wonderful location - a short walk to gondola! Close to the market, restaurants, shopping, and bus stop. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Our two teen kids shared the bunk room and had plenty of room. Primary suite was large and cozy. Some of our favorite parts: Condo was very clean, warming lights in shower areas, box fans available, hooks everywhere for ski clothes, vaulted ceiling, two access doors to deck, stocked kitchen with nice dishes & utensils, towels provided for hot tub, and LOCATION IS THE BEST!!! We had a problem the first day getting into our door (keypad) and they were there within a few minutes to help. Awesome service and we appreciated it. Everything about check-in/check-out was a breeze too! Highly recommend and we’ll be back!

Good customer service in spite of hiccups

The property we booked did not end up being available for our dates. The leasing company contacted us with plenty of notice and offered several comparable options. Unfortunately, the listing we chose as a backup was inaccurate, which was disappointing when we arrived to find different features than we were expecting. To their credit, the company apologized and waived the cleaning fee. The listing has been corrected and we would book with them again.
