The Space:
Our house was just completely renovated with Short Term rentals in mind!

Enter into the large open living/dining area. Plenty of seating for everyone and a TV in both the Living Room and Dining room so you don't miss a moment of the game. The large spacious kitchen allows for many cooks and to make anything you desire! Little touches such as trash cans on both ends of the kitchen make for ease of use with a large group. A spacious pantry stores all your groceries and the free washer and dryer means you can stay comfortably as long as you like.

Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed
Bedroom 2: 4 twin bunk beds. The bottom beds are adult rated (200 lbs) and they all have adult mattresses.
Bedroom 3: King bed with a large closet and ensuite bathroom with a shower
Bedroom 4: Spacious master suite with large 2 person bathroom. Complete with glass shower and heated toilet seat/bidet. Separate area with a desk in case you need to get some work done.

Bathrooms:
Bathroom 1: shared bathroom with tub/shower combination. This is used for bedroom 1 and 2.
Bathroom 2: Cozy Ensuite with shower used for bedroom 3
Bathroom 3: Spacious 2 person bathroom with large shower and bidet/toilet seat. Used for bedroom 4

Spacious backyard allows you to hang out and grill.

Guest Access:
The entire house is yours. Keyless entry means you can arrive anytime that is convenient after check in.

The Neighborhood:
Our house is located in a desirable quiet neighborhood next to everything. It is so convenient that there is paid parking right outside of it in all directions! The neighborhood is blocked off for tenant parking only so no street parking is allowed during events- only on the driveway.

Walking distance to:
ATT Stadium (.75 miles), Globe life field (About 1.1 miles from entrance) and Globe life Park/ Choctaw Stadium (.9 miles) , Esports Stadium (1 mile)

A plethora of restaurants within a half mile or less.

Close to:
Six Flags- 1.8 miles

Getting Around:
You can easily walk to a variety of restaurants including Hooters, TGI Fridays, Chick Fil-A, Wendys, raising canes etc. Most of the attractions are walking distance (about a mile or less from the actual entrance but as close as paid parking).

If you would like to catch a ride the city of Arlington has a ride share called VIA- its wonderful for groups. VIA will take you anywhere in Arlington. It is a ride share so if you are a small group or by yourself you might ride around a bit.

Uber or Lyft are also options!

Other Things to Note:
No keys to lose or to return! You don't even have to touch a keypad if you desire! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key, or personal entry code on a keypad issued to you for the duration of your stay.

PET POLICY: Please be sure to add your pet(s) to the reservation when booking. The pet fee is $150 for their entire stay. This fee will be added to your reservation in the nightly fee amount. Maximum 2 pets, please

Please keep your pets off the furniture and pickup your pets waste

Due to insurance we do have breed restrictions. We are unable to host Akitas, ChowChows, Dobermans, German Shepards, Huskies, Mastiffs, Pit Bulls and related breeds, Rottweilers, Wolf Hybrids and Presa Canario.
