House by the Sea App. 56Location: The apartment with sea view and west balcony is located on the 2nd Floor of a well-kept apartment building in the spa center, right on the main beach. The house is centrally located in Westerland, between the two large pedestrian zones. Size: 1-room apartment approx. 25 m² for two people. Equipment: In the living room there is a double fold-away bed in a wall unit. A small sofa and the dining area complete the furnishings. From the west balcony you have a view of the sea. The kitchenette with u. The oven is in the hallway. The bathroom is a shower room. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
