Lake & the City - modern holiday home in Vienna

The spacious holiday home by the lake is ideal for families and large groups who want to combine their city trip with relaxation in nature. The large living room with kitchen, dining area and fireplace invites you to sit together. The garden with terrace and barbecue area is right in front of the living room. On the first floor, every room has a cozy balcony. And if you want to go for a swim or take a walk around the Hirschstetten swimming lake, you only have to cross the street once.

The living room
You enter our holiday home through the spacious entrance area with cloakroom. On the ground floor there is the large living room with couch area, large dining table, perfectly equipped kitchen and cozy fireplace.
A large glass door leads from the living room to the covered terrace and the garden. In summer you can sit outside and have a barbecue. A bedroom for 2 people is also on the ground floor. In addition, a toilet and the room with washing machine and dryer.
You can reach the 1st Floor, where there are three more bedrooms and the large bathroom with shower and another toilet. Each bedroom can accommodate 2 people and has access to one of the two balconies. You can end the day on the balcony and enjoy the unique nature experience "Hirschstettener Badesee" in the middle of the big city.

Schönes gemütliches Haus. Wir waren zu 6. , für diese Anzahl an Personen war das Haus super. Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass man wenn man mit mehr als einem Auto anreist in ein Parkhaus fahren muss. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war sehr gut, lediglich einen Topflappen bzw. Ofenhandschuh haben wir vermisst. Jederzeit wieder zu empfehlen!

Maison à Vienne

Maison agréable mais il manque des chevets dans les chambres. On ne sait où poser nos affaires. Manque lampes de chevets. La cuisine était sale surtout un placard ainsi que la vaisselle. La douche n'était pas propre et les syphons nauséabonds. Dommage!!!

Das Haus war für uns auf Grund der Grösse (7 Personen) sehr gut geeignet. Es war genügend Platz und auch Geschirr vorhanden. Eine Aussenterrasse bot ebenfalls genügend Platz für alle. Auch die Lage mit Badesee und Beachvolleyballfeld so wie Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel war prima. Durch das günstige Wochenticket waren wir sehr flexibel und konnten so einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub in Wien erleben.

Wienurlaub mit Familie

Wir waren eine Woche in Wien. Der Check-in hat super funktioniert, sehr nett. Die Anbindung per Bus und U-Bahn war super. Der nahe gelegene Badeweiher hat den Kindern gut gefallen und auch im Haus haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Es ist eine ruhige Lage und gleich ums Eck gibt eine Art Cocktailbar. Einen Stern Abzug möchte ich geben, weil die Armaturen in Bad, Küche usw. für mich zu wenig entkalkt waren und ich sie vor der ersten Benutzung noch gesäubert habe. Aber dann war der Urlaub dort gut zu genießen.

Five Star Property in Vienna

Very neat property, close to a beautiful lake where you can have a walk and you can swim, too! Bonus: a very cozy restaurant at only a few steps from the property! The owner is very friendly and the property has everything you need.

Ein gemütlicher Urlaub in der Großstadt

Das Ferienhaus ist großzügig bemessen und absolut gut ausgestattet. Es gibt vier Schlafzimmer was den Urlaub mit einer größeren Familie oder mehreren Paaren ermöglicht. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist quasi direkt vor der Tür. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und freundlich und gehen auf Wünsche ein. Die Nahversorgung ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel direkt an einem See der zu morgendlichen oder abendlichen Spaziergängen einlädt. Zur Entspannung ideal, Teenager können von hier direkt ihr eigenes Programm in der Innenstadt starten. Ein PKW-Stellplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir waren 8 Tage im Frühjahr in der Unterkunft. Das großzügige Ferienhaus liegt außerhalb des Zentrums und ist deshalb ruhig gelegen. Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Den Garten haben wir aufgrund der Witterung und unserer vielen Unternehmungen nicht genutzt. Bei schönem Wetter kann man aber bestimmt gut auf der Terrasse sitzen. Verkehrslärm stört nicht. Das Haus ist gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Die Bushaltestelle liegt 2 Minuten Fußweg von der Unterkunft entfernt. Danach fährt man entweder mit der U2 oder der Straßenbahn ins Zentrum. Der Bus fährt unter der Woche alle 10 Minuten. Man musste quasi nie warten. Auch der Anschluss hat immer super funktioniert. Für uns war das in Ordnung, da wir eine ruhige Lage schätzen. Übrigens haben wir die Wiener Linien App genutzt und kamen immer dort an, wo wir hin wollten. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr gut. Wir hatten über das Portal, per WhatsAPP und Telefon Kontakt. Check-In und Check-Out funktionierte vollkommen flexibel und nach unseren Bedürfnissen. Für uns ist es im Urlaub immer wichtig, dass wir zum Frühstück frische Brötchen haben. Der Bäcker war zu Fuß ca. 10-15 Minuten entfernt. Wunderbar funktionierte die Busverbindung. Der Bus 85A hält direkt vorm Bäcker und die Taktung war so, dass wir ohne Wartezeiten Brötchen usw. kaufen konnten. Unsere Kinder wollten gerne den Kaminofen ausprobieren. Der Schornstein zieht gut, der Ofen hat gut gebrannt und wohlige Wärme ohne Gestank im Wohnzimmer verbreitet. Der Massagesessel war sehr wohltuend und nach den langen Fußmärschen des Tages am Abend sehr begehrt. Einen Stern Abzug bei der Sauberkeit gab es aufgrund der Wollmäuse unter den Betten und auf den Schränken. Außerdem war die Dusche nach unseren Ansprüchen nicht sauber. Dies soll aber die Gesamtbewertung nicht schmälern. Wir können das Ferienhaus empfehlen und würden auch selbst gerne wieder kommen. Vielen Dank an Masud und Michaela, dass wir bei ihnen zu Gast sein durften.

Perfekte Lage zur Erkundung Wiens

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, um Wien zu erkunden und abends im Badeteich noch Badespaß zu genießen. Nur 1 Minute von der Bushaltestelle entfernt, kann man das Auto den ganzen Urlaub stehen lassen und mit dem ÖPNV die Umgebung erkunden. Ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen sind die nahe gelegenen Blumengärten Hirschstetten. Ein Dank auch an die Vermieter für den herzlichen Empfang. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt und gut betreut.

Tolle Lage - viele Möglichkeiten

Wir verbrachten eine Woche im Objekt - das Haus besticht durch die Nähe zum Badesee und die beruhigte Verkehrslage. Mit den Anbindungen zu den Öffis konnten wir außerdem die Innenstadt mühelos erreichen. Besonders gefiel uns die großzügige Terasse mit Griller, hier konnten wir gemütliche Abende verbringen. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft, wir sind begeistert :)

Haus am See trifft es genau

Das Ferienhaus hat eine sehr gute Lage. In der Nähe sind Penny, Lidl und Aldi zum Einkaufen . Die Straßenbahn ist 10 Minuten entfernt und bringt einen schnell mitten in die Stadt. Das beste aber war, dass man anends nach dem „Pflastertreten“ ( in Wien gibt es viel zu entdecken!) einfach in seine Badesachen schlüpfen und in den See vorm Haus springen kann. Man musste nur die Straße überqueren. An der Straßenecke ist ein sehr schönes Lokal mit einer sehr freundlichen Bedienung. Stadt und Entspannung in einem. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unsere Anfrage zwischendurch wurde sofort beantwortet. Wir sind nicht gern wieder weggefahren.
