Relaxing place

House was clean and spacious, we loved the garden and the hens. We felt ourselves very relaxed here and enjoyed the pool area too. Kitchen sink was stuck, lights inside and outside the house could be more variable and warmer.

I liked the rooms very spacious lovely pool the kitchen was a decent size the living room was nice and the outside was a good place to spend time The kitchen sink not draining and low water pressure .and problems we had the owner came in a good time and fixed the problem right away

Maison typique Espagnole bien équipée

Le jardin est très grand mais la piscine un peu petite mais suffisante. Attention si vous louez une voiture, le chemin pour aller à la maison est très étroit. Le logement est bien situé. Je recommande !

Unglaublich gute, schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation

Die Finca war wie beschrieben und hat eine tolle ruhige Lage. Super Anbindung in alle Richtungen. Die Zufahrt war mit einem großen SUV ein kleines Abenteuer aber ab dem 3. mal auch gut möglich. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert 🙂

Schöne Finca

Es war sauber und gemütlich und wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Strand und Altstadt sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wenn wir bis 10:00 auschecken sollen, muss nicht vor 10:00 schon auf der Terrasse vor dem Haus geputzt werden. Bei allem Verständnis für eine enge Taktung hat das doch ein bisschen gestört.

Sehr schönes Anwesen mit super Pool. Unbedingt für Familien zu empfehlen. Ein paar wenige Dinge müssten erneuert werden. Duschtür, für den Urlaubsaufenthalt nicht unbedingt relevant aber nervig.

Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Lage ist ideal. Weit genug weg vom Trubel und doch kann man Strand, Restaurants sowie Geschäfte zu Fuß erreichen. Die Finca ist wunderschön. Alles da was man braucht und sehr sauber. Sogar ein Grill mit Holzkohle ist vorhanden, den wir gerne genutzt haben.

Tolle Unterkunft mit Garten und Pool

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser tollen Unterkunft. Der Garten mit dem kleinen Pool ist einfach wunderschön und die Umgebung ist total ruhig. Trotzdem kann man nach Alcudia laufen und alles was man braucht fußläufig erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist absolut ausreichend. Die Kommunikation hat außerdem sehr gut funktioniert. Wir würden es weiterempfehlen für einen entspannten Urlaub auf Mallorca!

Finca in sehr ruhiger Lage. es war alles da, was man braucht. Hühner haben Eier gelegt, Zitronen waren Ernte-fertig. danke für alles. einzig die Kaffeemaschine könnte mal ersetzt werden :)

Aufenthalt Sa Vinya Vella 12.-19.6.2023

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt, die eigentlich alles Notwendige für einen gemütlichen Urlaub bietet. Der Pool war super und hatte genau die richtige Temperatur, um sich erfrischen zu können Sonnenliegen waren ausreichend vorhanden, ebenso wie Sitzgelegenheiten im Innen- und dem überdachten Außenbereich, der auch bei einem kurzzeitigen Regenschauer die Möglichkeit zum Draußensitzen geboten hat. Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafräumen bieten in den warmen Nächten erholsamen Schlaf. Großer Pluspunkt ist auch die Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Bügelbrett/-Eisen. Die Gitter-Abstellfläche für die Gläser in der Küche ist leider nicht ideal, die Gläser kippen sehr leicht um und gehen im schlimmsten Fall kaputt. Beim Backrohr kann man die Art der Einstellung (Heißluft, O/U-Hitze, etc.) leider nur mehr erraten, da keine Beschriftung mehr zu sehen ist. Scharfe Küchenmesser wären sehr fein, ebenso wie etwas leichtere/dünnere Bettdecken in den Schlafräumen.

Schöner Urlaub

Die Finca liegt sehr schön ruhig, mitten in der hügeligen Landschaft auf einem großen, eingezäunten Grundstück. Das Haus ist ausreichend groß für 6 Personen, die Schlafräume ebenfalls. Es gibt sozusagen ein Außenbadezimmer mit Waschmaschine, direkt von der Terrasse, was wir auch für sehr gut befunden haben. Schöner Poolbereich mit Holzdielen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, Töpfe, Pfannen und Messer sollten erneuert werden. Wir fanden keine Schere. Ein etwas größerer Esstisch auf der Terrasse wäre auch wünschenswert. Die Zufahrt zum Grundstück ist sehr schmal, wir hatten für 6 Personen einen VW Bus gemietet…damit ist das Rein-und Rausfahren ein Abenteuer gewesen:)

Greaty stay

Great stay. House was as described. Few things to note, the road to get there is narrow. We had to get some basics ourselves from the nearby supermarket i.e. beach towels, hand soap, dishwashing soap, extra toilet paper, oil, salt & pepper etc.
