Newly built Split Level home. Main floor features open kitchen and living room area with a half bath off the kitchen. Also, one bedroom with private bathroom. Lower lever features two more Queen bedrooms with private bathrooms. All bedrooms have Roku TVs so you can stream your favorite shows after a long day exploring. Also on lower level you will find a laundry room with washer and dryer for your use.
This home is close to everything. Located in the Historic district.

We were a group of 6 friends and this home was absolutely perfect. We all had our own room and bathrooms. Was immaculate and so convenient for walking to just about anywhere we wanted to go. We definitely enjoyed our time together in this beautiful home. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent property and location was great. Would have liked king beds with as spacious as the rooms are and black out curtains. These are just minor suggestions would definitely stay here again when returning to Hermann.

Thank you for the suggestions! We thought the same thing after we put the queen beds in there. One day we will upgrade. We do have black out blinds but an added curtain may be a good idea as well.

What a great get-away! I have stayed in dozens of VRBO properties and this one is the best so far. Brand new everything, spotlessly clean and in a perfect location in Hermann. It was perfect for our quick trip, HIGHLY recommend!!!!!

Absolutely beautiful property. Was the perfect place to stay for my son’s wedding. Just a couple minute drive to Stone Hill and within walking distance to some great bars. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere great to stay.

Lovely place to stay. Plenty of room, each couple had their own bathroom along with a great, open common area. We even were able to enjoy the patio during our short stay. Hermann, MO is a charming place to visit and this home had all the comforts of home for a memorable trip. Also within walking distance from downtown.

Beautiful home with excellent location. We could walk anywhere in town but were far away enough from the noise to sleep at night. House was perfect for three couples and had all of the necessary amenities.

We had the best stay at this Hermann house! It is beautiful inside, very spacious, and close to all the things in Hermann. We had everything we needed and Jessica was very responsive to any requests! Absolutely recommend if you are staying in Hermann!!!

Great stay. Good wine and food and the accommodations were just what we were looking for! Kleenex would have been nice and grill needed cleaning, we did not use it. All in all, a great stay though!

We had a great time in the town of Hermann and our stay was very nice. The rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are clean and large as well. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Living room furniture was quite comfortable. We had no complaints about the place! The only thing I didn’t love was the requirement to either purchase insurance (60) for our two night stay or give a 1500 deposit with return of money up to the host’s discretion.

The house was immaculate. There was so much room. All bedrooms and bathrooms seemed to be the same size so no arguing over bedrooms. Towels were plush and washer and dryer were full size and newer. I would definitely stay here again.

We grew up just about 45 minutes from Hermann. Hermann was always a great day trip for us. We love the local wineries, breweries and restaurants. We bought the lot and had so much fun building this home for others to enjoy Hermann like we do.

Hermann's rich German heritage, its award-winning wineries, and the countless festivals throughout the year make it a year-round destination. We knew visitors would appreciate the small-town charm, the scenic beauty, and the warm hospitality that makes Hermann special. We imagined guests sipping wine on the patio, strolling through the historic streets, enjoying slow mornings with fresh pastries from local coffee shops and bakeries and ending the night at the Piano Bar.
