The Village of Cobbly Nob has a rich history since the early 1970's. It was originally a quiet resort for corporate executives and their families nestled within the Great Smoky Mountain National Park which surrounds our community and our own amenities mentioned in the introduction. Today it is a mixed residential and resort rental community. Respect your neighbors, the bears and the land please. 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, one game room, 1,000 square feet outdoor living decks on 75% of the outside walls. Great view of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Plenty of bear viewings from mid spring - late Fall. Gary Player designed golf course, bent Creek at entrance to Cobbly Nob, our community.
