The 80 sqm living room (TV with digital satellite receiver, four different satellites) and dining room consist of a three-seat sofa / two-seat sofa and armchair with a coffee table. In the dining room part of the room you will find a dining table with four chairs - ideal for family evenings with puzzles, games and much more. The almost 10 square meter children's room is designed with laminate flooring and has a bunk bed measuring 90 x 200 cm. In the approx. 10 sqm large master bedroom there is a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm, with branded mattresses (degree of hardness 3) and slatted frames. As furniture you will also find a small linen cupboard and a clothes rail in the room. This room was also designed with laminate flooring. The bathroom has a shower, sink with vanity unit and toilet. The bathroom is fully tiled and around 7 square meters. In the approximately 7 square meter kitchen we have an electric stove with an oven and ceramic hob, a microwave, a coffee machine, a tea machine, a toaster and a refrigerator, dishwasher and dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans are more than sufficient. A landline connection is also available here.
