UPPER DECK: The main attraction of our all-season retreat is our 900-square-foot deck featuring direct views of Hunter Mountain, an uber-roomy Nordic hot tub (open year-round!), Weber propane grill, and vintage Brown Jordan furniture for entertaining and dining al fresco. Our deck is the perfect spot to unwind, practice yoga and make everlasting memories with family and friends.

LOWER DECK: Underneath our deck lies a pea-gravel oasis that's ideal for enjoying the south-facing mountain views. Here you’ll find an Almost Heaven hot-barrel sauna with glass door and picture window to showcase the surrounding nature, plus a Joola outdoor ping pong table and Serena & Lily birdcage chairs for the ultimate Insta moment! Feel like a bonfire? Follow the pebbled path to our firepit area—ideal for stargazing, storytelling and s’mores.

LIVING/DINING ROOM: Inside you’ll find another showstopper: our 16-foot Marvin slider door that opens directly onto the deck for indoor-outdoor enjoyment all year round. The slider offers unbeatable views, while the screen allows fresh mountain air to permeate the entire house for complete relaxation and serenity. With a Chinoiserie flair, our cozy living room also includes:

• Samsung 55” Frame TV with a wide array of streaming apps (YouTube TV, Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV, Prime Video, HBO Max, Hulu, Peacock, Paramount+, ESPN+, Amazon Music)

• Marshall Bluetooth portable speaker to take anywhere on the property
• Jonathan Adler 8-person dining table for a game of chess, puzzle party or beautiful meal indoors.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped to cook and serve a farm-to-table feast, our custom-designed kitchen features top-of-the-line Samsung appliances—refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and electric stove and oven—as well as a Nespresso coffee machine (we provide pods), 12-cup traditional coffee maker (we provide ground coffee), French press, Nutribullet blender, Breville panini press, toaster, kettle, and a curated collection of jadeite dinnerware for serving meals in style.

BATHROOMS: We have three gorgeous full bathrooms, each with fresh white towels and Ginger Lily Farms (100% Vegan, gluten-free, toxin-free) shampoo, conditioner, and hand and body soaps. Enjoy a relaxing stall shower in the main floor and basement bathrooms…or take a luxurious bubble bath upstairs. No matter which bathroom you choose, you’ll find heated floors and Killercat artwork in all of them!

BEDROOMS: Our 3 queen-size bedrooms (1 on main floor, 2 upstairs) feature chic décor, full-length mirrors, large closets, electric charging docks, individual HVACs, and plush mattresses, pillows and linens...and TVs (cleverly hidden inside the closets!) with all the streaming apps. In the basement, you’ll find our bunkroom with two sets of full-size bunkbeds (4 full-size beds)—comfortable and fun for children AND adults—plus ample storage space for all your belongings.

BASEMENT: Ready to play? Not only does our basement include the bunkroom (described above) plus an extra-large bathroom and laundry area with GE washer and dryer, but it also features nostalgic arcade machines amd board games to get your competitive juices flowing! We’ve got chess, checkers, backgammon, cards & darts, a classic Nintendo entertainment system with 30 pre-installed video games, a Galaga/PAC-MAN Class of ’81 arcade machine with 12 gaming options—and a Marvel digital pinball machine with 10 titles for hours of retro gaming.

WORKSPACES: Our house, which is powered by eco-friendly Tesla solar panels, has 2 designated workspaces: one at the top of the stairs overlooking the living room, plus a desk setup in the bunkroom. High-speed internet is solid and easily supports video calls, so bring your laptop…if you must.

LOCATION: @killercatmountainhouse is located 1.5 miles from Hunter Mountain Ski Resort on a private road that once featured a 1950s boys’ summer camp. You can see remnants of the camp as you drive up to the house (4-wheel drive is required in winter), which is almost totally secluded in the woods and immersed in nature. By car, the village of Hunter is less than 5 minutes away, Tannersville is less than 10 minutes and Windham is less than 15—making our location a supreme base for all your adventures in the Great Northern Catskills.
