Welcome to our one bedroom Condo at Mountain Side Condominiums in Downtown Frisco. In the heart of ski country, conveniently surrounded by 7 world class ski resorts all in your backyard. With a queen in the bedroom and the most comfortable queen sleeper sofa in the living room you'll ever sleep on this unit very comfortably sleeps four. The balcony is equipped with a brand new Weber Grill and backs right up to Peak 1 for phenomenal views winter or summer. The Summit Recreational Bike bath is a few steps away out the back door, the Frisco Marina, Lake Dillon, and Main Street Frisco are all less than a mile away from the front door. Unit comes fully equipped with Cable TV in Living area and bedroom, Wifi, and a fully equipped kitchen with Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Microwave, Electric Cooking and abundance of cooking pots, pans, utensils. The Condo unit is located about as close as you can be to the indoor Pool house, with large indoor pool, locker room, sauna, 3 large hot tubs, laundry, fitness center, and study area. Great place to stay for a get away in any season winter or summer to enjoy the beauty of all there is to enjoy in the Colorado mountains of Summit County!

Make sure Clubhouse Key Fob is hanging on Kitchen Hook. (lost keys will be charged)
Adjust thermostat to 62 degrees and ensure the Fireplace is off. Message owners via text or VRBO platform which ever you wish to let us know you are checked out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Don't lie about your party, there is no extra charge for guests 1-4. Under 25 or parties that don't match booking will be denied check in w/o refund.

Great accommodations -- awesome location!

I didn't even realize how walkable this was to downtown Frisco -- an extra bonus! Access to giant hot tubs at the clubhouse, parking spot in the garage, super convenient to tons of ski resorts. We loved our stay!

Frisco condo

We stayed here for 5 nights to ski at Copper. This is the perfect area to stay.. short drive to mountain, restaurants and stores. Frisco is very quaint, easy to navigate around. We loved the hot tubs, and the kids loved the pool.

GREAT CONDO IN FRISCO!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lucas' condo in Frisco. The condo was a great size for the two of us, well appointed, and an easy walk to downtown. The gas fireplace and the great views outside the slider were an added positive touch. When we had one minor issue, Lucas was right on it and resolved our issue immediately. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo was clean, well stocked for cooking, super cozy, and right off the bike path with great access for walking and hiking. Owner very responsive for any questions/needs, made for a relaxing stay and would definitely rent again! One of the nicest condos at Mountainside!

This is a wonderful place to stay - the condo is clean, comfortable, and functional, and has great proximity to Frisco/skiing/etc. The clubhouse hot tubs/pool are delightful, and Luke is a great host, and easy to work with.

Mountainside Escape

Everything about the condo met our expectations. We've stayed at Mountainside several times and this location was probably the best. It was clean and quiet with a great view. The first floor was a plus too. We would stay there again.

Wonderful Stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was a very inviting space. Clean and comfortable. We loved the gas fireplace after a busy day outside in the cold. It was close to the clubhouse with swimming pool and multiple hot tubs. Would be an easy walk to the cute downtown area in nice weather. Luke, the property owner was an excellent communicator and very responsive to our questions. He answered texts right away and was super helpful.

Beautiful mountain retreat

This was a great location to enjoy getting in the mountains and enjoying nature. The condo was exactly as described. It was a perfect location, close to numerous hiking trails and all the things to do around Frisco/Dillon/Silverthorne. Communication with the owner was easy and helpful.

Great mountain getaway

Very nice property set at the back of Frisco, so it is quiet, yet still easy to get to from the main roads. Keystone was a quick 20 minutes away and plenty of food options very close. The pool was great and the hot tubs/sauna even better after a day on the slopes.Main bed was quite nice and the pullout couch bed was the best pullout I have ever laid on. We didn't do any cooking, but everything seemed to be there. Oh, and the covered parking spot was superb and very, very close to the front doo making unloading and loading a breeze.We plan to stay again if it is open.

spacious, clean,1 bedroom condo located in Frisco, very well located between EPIC skiing resorts. the communication with the owner went very smoothly. he did everything needed to ensure our comfortable stay (including replacing an old fridge whose motor was noisy with a new one). definitely recommended

Frisco adventure

Everything neat and clean and quiet. Great 1st level condo with parking right below. The trail system is right behind the complex to walk or bike. There is some non paved trails right here also, for the more adventurous. I would book it again next week if I had the time.

I can't recommend this condo enough! It exceeded my expectations in every way. The space was immaculately clean and equipped with everything we needed for our month-long stay. The internet was fast and reliable, which made working remotely a breeze. The dedicated parking spot in the garage was a fantastic convenience, and the condo's first-floor accessibility was a plus.The location is unbeatable—it's close to several ski areas, making it ideal for winter sports enthusiasts. During our stay, we were treated to lots of fresh snow, and the slopes were absolutely incredible! The fireplace added such a cozy and inviting atmosphere, and the propane grill on the balcony was incredibly convenient for cooking up meals while enjoying the mountain views.The amenities were outstanding: the pool was spacious enough for lap swimming, and the hot tubs and sauna were a perfect way to unwind after a day on the slopes. We also had a blast playing pickleball on the indoor court—it was such a fun bonus!The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring a seamless experience. I had a fantastic stay and wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient mountain getaway!

Great condo, great location, great host

When you rent a condo for a month, you get to know it well. This condo is very functional, comfortable and in an excellent location. The bike path is 300 yards from the unit and looks up at Peak 1. Several trailheads are a quick and easy walk for hikers. For cyclists, hang a right and you can ride up to Copper Mountain and Freemont Pass. Take a left and ride to Breckenridge or around the reservoir and Dillon. Mountain bikers are just minutes away from the Frisco bike park and numerous trails on the peninsula. Main Street for Frisco is a mile away. Three hot tubs, dry sauna and stream sauna are wonderful after the day’s activities. Indoor parking in an assigned space is just steps from the front door. The kitchen has everything you need and the gas grill on the deck is a nice complement. I really enjoyed sitting on the deck looking at the Colorado blue sky and Tenmile range. The host was very responsive throughout my stay. I highly recommend this condo.
