Step inside via the front entry and ascend the original stairs into a bright, airy living space. The left side features a large, well-equipped kitchen and dining area: stainless appliances, Keurig with complimentary coffee, toaster, Ninja blender, waffle maker, and over 50 stocked essentials including cookware, dishes, and children’s dinnerware. The dining table seats five and a high chair is provided for little ones — perfect for home-cooked meals or relaxed breakfasts before a day on the lake.
On the right you’ll find the primary bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and a roomy closet stocked with travel essentials: pack‑n‑play, extra cot, laundry basket, hangers, and board games. The sprawling combined bedroom/living room offers flexible sleeping arrangements — two queen beds plus a leather sofa with a queen pull‑out mattress — alongside a 4K Roku TV and Blu‑ray for streaming and movie nights. All mattresses are new Tuff‑N‑Needle models dressed in high thread‑count sheets and plush pillows for exceptional rest.
Practical comforts include an in‑unit laundry room at the top of the stairs (washer/dryer, detergent provided), iron and ironing board, and professionally cleaned spaces ready for your arrival. Parking is available in the rear asphalt lot — please avoid the circle drive — and self check‑in is simple via a lockbox. The location is unbeatable: roughly 10 minutes to Davidson College, minutes from Lake Norman, and about 30 minutes to Charlotte, giving you easy access to dining, shopping, and regional attractions while returning each night to a tranquil, private hideaway.
We live nearby and are available should you need assistance. For security and peace of mind, Ring cameras monitor the exterior at the front and back doors; there are no cameras inside. A guest handbook with local recommendations is provided to help you make the most of your stay. Book Apartment A for a blend of historic character, modern convenience, and exceptional comfort in central Mooresville.

I definitely will be booking again if I’m in this area. Everything was clean and comforting. The host responded to me quickly any time I had a question. A lot of living essentials are provided which was an added bonus. There are lots of updated amenities which gives it a modern feel. There are a set of stairs to apartment A, this may not be feasible for a person who has difficulty with stairs. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves!

The word “luxury” is not accurate for this listing. If all you are looking for is a quiet place to stay for the night, this is great. There are good aspects to this house. It’s not far from the city center, quiet neighborhood, and has new appliances including laundry which was very useful. Our issues were the overall wear and tear - smudges and missing paint. The sink in the bathroom is beautiful but the faucet was loose and felt like it was going to fall off. There were no towels until we found them in the dryer. There were bugs all over the window sill in the bathroom, and the coffee maker looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. I hate giving reviews like this, but if this apartment was given a bit more care, it would be a great place to stay. But if you are paying for “luxury” this isn’t it.
The apartment was true to the pictures. We arrived at night and there was not good outside lighting which made finding the house and the door a little tricky. The neighborhood seemed a bit strange as well, not exactly a residential neighborhood. But once upstairs, the space was inviting, the kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. There were 3 beds and at least 2 additional fold away beds but only one small bathroom. Also, there is no designated living area. The only TV is in a bedroom. It worked for our needs for a one night business stay but may not work well for some.
