Located six tenths of a mile from Highmark stadium, less than two miles from the EC Fairgrounds prime spot for convenience. Local shopping malls and restaurants within 3 miles Short 20 minutes from downtown 40 minute ride to Niagara falls. Travel south to Amish country Prime location with country atmosphere. Family reunion gathering for the Fourth of July

The place was perfect. There was a sitting area that we could gather and have coffee in the morning before we went to the picnic Rocky. The dog was very friendly and so was pearl we had we enjoyed our stay and would think about doing it again next year.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Owner communication was excellent. Very near Highmark stadium (and the new stadium currently under construction) home to the Buffalo Bills NFL team. Close to Lake Erie, South Park avenue with shopping, supermarket, and local restaurants.

Great Space and Host!

Really enjoyed our stay. We were down for a wedding but this place is super close to the Bills stadium which would be great for people wanting to attend games. Pearl was super responsive and very accommodating. Rocky, was a great greeter! The space was clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Wonderful , clean little apartment. Great hosts with accommodations. Only suggestion I could make would be to improve the outside curb appeal and surroundings of the lot and building. It looked very sketchy upon arrival. Pleasantly surprised by the inside😊

Pearl and Charlie were great hosts! Rocky was the best greater! I enjoyed playing fetch with him! The bathroom and kitchen were clean but the cupboards and furniture had bad odors. Price was good.

The property was perfect for our stay in Buffalo, with two bedrooms and a spacious front room with sleeper sofa. The location was convenient for visiting Niagara Falls and for Sunday Night Football. Our host Pearl was amazing, getting us to and from the stadium which made an excellent trip into an awesome trip. Thank you again and Go Bills!

I've grown up in the hospitality industry. I'm from a family who owned a successful railroad hotel/restaurant that still remains successfully running in the village. You can say it's in my blood, and I will pull out all the stops to make sure your visit is safe, and comfortable.

Why they chose this property

My neighborhood is a 15 minute walk to Highmark Stadium, very close to some of the best restaurants and shopping the Southtowns has to offer. A Short 3 mile drive to the Lake Erie Shores. Yet quiet country in the backyard where you can spot, Deer, turkey, foxes and other woodland creatures from the comfort of the bnb.

Location, Location, Location! This is the perfect spot to be close to everything you need, including shopping, stadium, Event Center, Fairgrounds, and not too far from the Village or Shoreline.
