Beautiful home with 150ft sandy beach and private boat launch on Big Sebago!!!!!

This charming, completely updated lakehouse is located on a quiet serene property. It comes with access to our 150ft association sandy beach with private boat launch on Sebago lake which is just a short 2 min walk down the street. This quintessential property is the perfect place to relax an escape the hustle and bustle of life. The kitchen has full size appliances, including a dish washer and washer an dryer. Also it is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, glassware, pots and pans. The bathroom has a beautiful shower and is stocked with towels, hand towels and face cloths. The home has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 6. The first bedroom is a queen bed an the second has a full over full bunkbed. We will also provide a pack n play with toddler size mattress for those traveling with little ones. Beach towels, chairs, beach toys, a wagon, fire pit and grill are all on site for your use! Spend a day on the beach or explore all the area has to offer with endless amounts of resturants, hiking trails, shopping and 30 mins to Portland/ocean. There are also boat and kayak rentals right around the corner! Then at the end of your day come home to a covered screened in porch equipped with table an chairs, making it a perfect place for a bug free evening of BBQ, board games and cold drinks. Also have the option to unwind by the fire and feast on some samores! If R&R is what your looking for but with also plenty to do if thats what you choose then this is your place!

Great stay

We stayed for 3 days and nights. The place was nice and clean. A little bit of a walk to the beach but nothing a two-year-old could not handle. Enjoyed the screened in patio. Beds were comfortable; bunks worked well for the kids. Great location for us.

This lovely cottage was like walking into an HGTV home! It’s a nice little wall dorm to the Association beach access. It was even more fun to walk up the street 2 minutes to get lobster rolls! We loved that there were fans in the closet so we could sleep with the windows open and enjoy a Maine evening beeeze.

We enjoyed a long weekend away in this newly renovated home a very short walk from Lake Sebago. We appreciated close access to the water, as well as a grill and fire pit on site. Home owners were helpful and communicative!

Beautiful quaint home with private beach

We had a great stay. There was only one AC unit for the entire home so we purchased a standing fan to use in the room my son stayed in. There was also a significant slope in the floor but it was clear the home was recently updated. It was the perfect home for the three of us. The neighbors were very friendly as well!

Nice little house!

Close to a little beach on Segabo Lake (about a 4 min walk), but no lake view. Super clean. Beautiful screened in porch. Nice communication. The queen mattress was a bit bouncy. If 2 beds and one bath works for you, this house is great!
